We had a great time for my birthday stay in a lovely hotel steeped in so much history with amazing staff and right next to St. Nicholas Church and Memorial Gardens, the famous Cunard Building and the home of the 3rd Liver bird ❤️

We hired this venue for my sister's wedding. And WOW! It was amazing!!! From the very first viewing of the venue, Sue and all the staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.There are so many different spaces within the venue to choose where to have each part of a wedding. The set up was just gorgeous, with such a good atmosphere. The hotel only has 8 bedrooms, but they are all stunning.On the big day, everything ran smoothly, absolutely no hiccups along the way. The staff are soorganised, they have everything covered. The food and the buffet were absolutely delicious. The bar was very reasonably priced considering its in the middle of Liverpool City centre. I really could fault anything.Thank you so much to Sue and all the staff for making our few days so amazing. You all worked so hard! We really appreciate everything you did for us 😃

What a beautiful old building, the room was enormous and good value. The reception staff were lovely and very helpful

Had great nights sleep clean rooms very central good price for a Friday enjoyed our stay.

We have just had our sons wedding reception here and it was first class and they could not do enough for us. Our guests complemented the happy couple for picking an excellent venue.

Fantastic wedding reception held here staff are wonderful nothing too much trouble for them Sue and Lauren took great care of us all. To top it off we all stayed in the magnificent Victorian designed rooms with some really lovely period furniture shame we were only here for the one night.Breakfast was excellent and good portions served hot and very tasty by a lovely lady (Sorry didn't get her name)
