#top marks service: JasonGot to say, always really enjoy the food & atmosphere in Zizzi. Tops marks for the service. Noticed some disparaging reviews – definitely not our experience...All staff made a real effort – cracking hospitality.Would just add that there are not enough superlatives for what Jason does…. I don’t write many reviews (but do put much value in reading others…) This guy should run workshops for the hospitality industry about how to enhance the customer experience. Many thanks Zizzi – we’ll be back!Chris & Family

A fantasic Experience at the Zizzi ❤ had to book at table with an hour wait came back after a bit more family shopping 🛍 so brilliant location for shoppers . The inside table was ready for us and we ordered 3 pizzas with drinks the service and food was top notch as Always and there was a Great Atmosphere both inside and out !! Very covid safe would recommend this place to anyone who loves any Italian food this place is as good as the Trafford Centre Zizzi ❤❤👌👍🍷🍾🥂UPDATE had another Amazing meal here again yesterday the new Nudja chips are to die for along with the rest of the food ,the service again was brilliant and Our server Craig also informed us that with our taste card we could get a by one get one free on the starters and Main course so we got over £20 of our bill 👍👍❤❤🍷🍾🍾🥂🍕🍝🍕🍕

I've been here a few times with friends, on my own and with family and always had a very nice meal - the food is good and the people are lovely. Even my Grandma who is very hard to please enjoyed the rustica picante pizza. The last time I was here we had Rhys as our waiter who was brilliantly friendly, attentive and accomodating. If you want to go to an Italian in Liverpool this is the place to go.I would say on one occasion I found the music to be pretty loud but the last few times that seems to have been sorted.

Very busy, waitress forgot about us a couple of times. There was a valentines special available however we weren't told about it, just overheard another table being offered it.

I booked a table on December 27 at 19:45 and fixed it at that hour we were there. We kindly asked one of the staff to have a desk and we sat down in a very tight spot and the chairs almost broke. We were simultaneously waiting with 2 other people, where unfortunately the discrimination was clear. We were not allowed to sit at a table we wanted because we were 2 people and meanwhile 2 people were and the others were sitting in the area where we wanted to sit. We were discriminated against once it was approved that we could sit down and again someone from the staff changed his mind and said he would not sit down, we felt very offended and we were forced to leave the restaurant. I did not expect this to happen! very big disappointment. If you do not want to be discriminated against, just because you are not in the area, never visit that restaurant.Meanwhile, in the surrounding area, everything was very friendly and the people were very nice, but not Zizzi! And if you visit it you will remember this impression!

Not the best eating experience. Four of us were shown to our table, the first thing the waiter did was to roll off all the items on the menu they didn't have, it would of been quicker to list the items they did have, this is the second time this has happened when we have visited Zizzi Liverpool One, given that it was an early sitting not a good start. We had to ask him to repeat some things as we were seated right under a speaker that was blasting music out so loud we couldn't hear him, ordered drinks no problem, when our food came starters were very average for all four of us, the main course came and my prawn linguine so overpowering with chillies in was inedible, the other three mains very average. We mentioned it to a waitress , she was polite but didn't seem interested. After we'd finished we asked for our bill and a waiteress asked us to pass plates over to her rather than her collecting them from the side of us, understandable if there was no room but there was plenty of room around the table. The waiting staff definitely need better training and availability of food needs to be looked at as they never seem to have a good choice on the menu. Just to finish I'm sure for a lot of customers the experience is fine, but for the two occasions we've eaten there our experience has been pretty poor.

Perfunctory service at best.Soulless restaurant, like feeding in a cattle hall.Loud music.Serve linguine not spaghetti Bolognese as advertised. Ignorant server didn't know the difference and looked down her nose at me.If you're an Italian restaurant then at least know your pasta and learn how to serve it hot.Poor.

Enjoyed a great chicken calabrase and my family also enjoy the beef ribs and pizza. There chips are particularly good. Very friendly and helpful staff

Great food, awesome service. Really helpful, even with all the various food allergens. Food was usual Zizzi quality, which is always great. If you're considering... Go for it.
