Waited 40 minutes for drinks ordered via QR code after twice going up to the bar to enquire why the drinks were taking so long to be told that we should check the end of the bar they might be there.Not once were we told we would have to collect our own drinks. Very poor service and the cocktails we're nothing to write home about. 1st and last time at this bar

First and last time. Food is horrible, frozen food heated in microwaves. Expensive for what you get which is nothing.They dont attend you at the door, then when you take sit they ask you to change.Need to order from one app, everything, no help from them.I don’t get this system, why I should hace a smartphone to order?Stay away, you will close soon no worries.

We stopped for a drink on a Sat evening. We sat outside and were instructed to use the QR code to pull up the menu, order and pay, they would bring us our order. We bought a pint of lager and a Long Island iced tea. The place was busy but we waited 30 minutes before my partner went in and asked for the drinks and was told they would bring them right out. 10 minutes later, still no drinks. He went back in and asked for a refund and they finally handed him our drinks. It was £16.00 for two drinks. Not cheap and not a pleasant visit.

This was a lovely end to great day out at the Trafford Centre.. The food was out of this world and very tasty, delicious and not forgetting yummy...

Great cocktails and amazing food. The staff here are very absent minded. We waited by the sign saying "please wait for staff to seat you" for 8 minutes to then be shouted at from the bar to just sit anywhere - great so get rid of the sign? Also waiting at the bar and there were literally zero staff behind the bar, on the floor or at the door for well over ten minutes! We saw people come and leave, it was honestly quote bizzare.

Came here on 22/12 for dinner & drinks. The restaurant is lovely and there was the option to either order via the app or table service. We opted for table service and it was excellent. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Everything with our food and drinks was perfect and the service was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great date night! :)

Seems I visited when the chefs were distracted and I waited a very long time for my Eggs Benedict.However, they were very nice, perfectly cooked when they arrived.In addition, my bill was totally written off for the inconvenience of the wait, showing that true customer service does still exist.

Incredible food, extraordinary beverage, extraordinary assistance. Everything was decent. Really noisy inside the acoustics weren't incredible. Likewise there was a significant enormous 86 rundown the server had a very blameworthy outlook on it. Veggie lover burger was pleasant however. Much thanks to you.

Quality food, piping hot and a good selection of drinks. I had the bacon and burger and the wife had pan Thai. Could have done with a dip for the chips but overall a good meal.
