Big hit or miss with the bouncers they either let you queue jump or they kick you out for dress code. Club has quality music tho 3 rooms

Amazing atmosphere, 3 floors to visit so there's always something to keep you entertained. Staff are always willing to go above and beyond. Would 100% recommend.

The security need improve they not check bags for drugs and purposely keeping people outside and any photo of passport or student id and learner license will not be accepted only real passport,driving license or read ID card.I waited 15 min before 5 people because security guy was talking girls.and he not let in white British girls with student photo ID. The waiter told me is because ID can be addit, that’s why not let in,but young British girl not do that as is cost lots of money only mostly man do that or from abroad people must be 18 to come Uk .

My daughter was unwell, distressed and separated from her friends on Friday 11th February, Alice and Donny the door staff looked after her, even charged her phone up! Contacted me and watched her until I could get there to collect her. They went above and beyond for her and are a credit to the club. These days you hear of such horror stories, it’s so refreshing to see this type of care and consideration. I am so grateful as it could have been do different. Can’t thank them enough.

didn't get let in for wearing trainers despite watching another guy in the same trainers go in just before me. bouncers are egomaniacs on a power trip who are just dying to not let guys in but turn a blind eye to the 16 year old girls with fake ids.

The staff are RACIST and rude.Today, after we had already paid for our tickets, we showed up at the door with a Greek ID card AND a valid EU drivers license.They told us they wanted to see our passports (does the ARK experience include a flight from the UK to somewhere?? ) and asked us to leave (we were a group of 3 boys and 2 girls).Behind us, was a group of 4 girls, and one of them had a driver's license (we asked).They let them in.BTW I have shown the same documents and got in the previous 3 times I went to ARK. I also used to fly from the EU to the UK with that ID card. What a joke...I want my 9 pounds back thieves.NEVER AGAIN AT ARK.

bouncers are completely incompetent, my brother showed his legitimate ID to which they checked with multiple members of staff on the door, confirmed it to be real, and then let him in. 10 minutes later while he was in the venue, a bouncer demanded he showed them his ID again, only this time he took it away and showed his boss who said that they had tested it and it was fake, and that they wouldn’t give it back to him. the ID was absolutely legitimate and when my brother said this multiple times, they asked for proof. thankfully, my brother still had the letter from the DVLA at home with license details which was sent to him and he showed the bouncers, again this was taking so much time but eventually they gave him the ID back. however, there was no apology, no “sorry we made a mistake”, and when my brother tried to go back in the venue they told him he wasn’t allowed back in despite it being them who are responsible for this whole joke of a situation. train your staff better, maybe teach them common decency of an apology, rather than still maintaining it was fake even after giving it back. not sure if they have some sort of quota they have to meet but bit concerning they initially let him in and then demanded to see it again?

It does look like a lovely place, but it's not as fun with huge events. Went to the Halloween event and waited over 1hr in the rain just to get in.Had a little bit of an issue with a friend as she only had her passport on her, causing some issue with the security so if you do come make sure you have a provisional or driving license to minimise problems which is not friendly for those who aren't british, but we got in so all is well.Drinks were good, staff was friendly but lord the crowds were crazy.Think I may revisit during a less crowded time, as there was no place to sit for a rest or to even put your drink down for a second.P.s. if you don't go to clubs often, don't bother bringing anything, there's no where to put it, as I've learned.Update:Following feedback, there is apparently a coat check on the lower level!Also, big events make things more complicated so try and go when there’s none if you want to avoid waiting for a long time 😊

Racist and misleading entry policies. We had valid tickets for the Karma event this Friday and the bouncer didn't let us in with valid European drivers license because they weren't British. The entry policy specified that you need a drivers license to get in, but the reality is they wouldn't let you in if you didn't have a British one. If it were an event for British citizens only, they should have stated that beforehand. Don't recommend. Never going there again.

Ok so we waited an hour and 15 min in a queue, then we reached the point when u join the second queue and my friend didn't wait until the bouncer told to go, so the bouncer threw him out for being too drunk and me with him because I was his friend and I had a bag. So first of all, he wasn't drunk and me having a bag could be solved easily. The way they treat people is just horrible. Have never seen anything like it!!! Mo respect for customers, they literally don't mind me standing there for an hour.
