I'll review this with the same kind of service they provide. . . MinimalSo here goes. . . Don't bother.If you do decide to eat here however, for your own sake buy a drink. You'll need it to wash the bagel away and bring some moisture back to your soul.I agree with everyone else's reviews. They're slow.

Tiny little bagels with sloppy fillings. Do not have tuna. Its like wet, grey mud.

Pretty slow and every time you ask them to leave off the pickles they always leave them on. I love bagels but I don't like pickles. I'd go there more often if they actually listened to requests/orders.

Great little place. I've been twice, both to just get a hot chocolate. Sat inside and the temperature was so high that after a good half an hour the chocolate was still hot and delicious! I have a sweet tooth but I didn't need to add any sugar as it was just perfect. I'll probably go again this week.

The bagels are nice but I don't think I'd come again because of the rude customer service. I'm not asking for being extra nice but at least not slamming everything you're using and scream off my order when I'm standing in front of you. I might go to another branch but this one in speningfeilds, never again!

Stopped doing gluten free bagels a while back, meaning no gluten free options available. Just not good enough for a company of this size to not cater for dietary requirements. Poor decision and needs looking into.

Ordered breakfast bagel with sausages. the worst sausage Ive ever eaten. Tasteless cardboard. Asked for brown sause. Got ketchup. Staff were friendly but had better at a train station. Try something else might be better.

Staff are nice and friendly and the place is usually pretty clean. I would recommend the Falafel and Hummus wrap/bagel to any Vegan, they're damn tasty! (you will make a mess with the bagel though)

This place is severely understaffed for a bank holiday. I really want to be positive about this place, I really do. But waiting 20 minutes for bagel and smoothie 'to go' is a bit much. And it's not the servers fault, as two people can't man a cafe and takeout place alone on Good Friday.Anyhow, on to the important thing - the food, the bagels. Well, my bagel did not disappoint. And, it was perhaps a small blessing that the cheese and jalapeno bagels ran out. As it really would not have gone with a crayfish and avocado centre - which was fresh and filling. The rocket and lemon gave the bagel a bit of bite. And my energy booster smoothie was nice, not as flavoursome as I would have liked, but refreshing and with lots of fruit. Great bagel spot. Whether you're wanting a breakfast bagel or a lunchtime bagel there is a wide variety of bagel bases and fillings. Went for a sesame seed bacon bagel today but I'm eyeing up the multi seed bagel with a healthier filling next time!The coffee is ok too :)
