Barca in Manchester

Brilliant venue. Went for a Christmas works night out and paid for the wedding package, and could not have asked for a better night. The suite does not realistically accommodate 100 people as advertised, but for us it was comfortable (we had 65 booked in). It was well prices and the food was really good - dont be out off that it's advertised as buffet food...it is, but its really good. Would definitely recommend the photo booth as it was great fun. We did not pay for the DJ and it was not needed as music was playing anyway. Highly recommend.

Awful service. We booked for a baby shower and were previously told we could order food on the day. Once we arrived we were told we cant order food because there was a wedding on and they can only serve them. The attitude of the staff and 'managers' stunk, so unprofessional, they werent at all apologetic and didnt even attempt to look after us or check if we needed anything. Wont be returning. Avoid.

Enjoyed a nice pint on the terrace and soaked up a bit of sun on what maybe the last of the sunny days of 2021.

It's in a nice location, very scenic. Bar staff were good, but £5.25 for a pint of poorly pulled Heineken was a bit of a shocker.

Went for a 50th party and hired the snug and platinum beer package. Was definitely worth it for what we got. Friendly staff and very nice bar.

We had my daughter's Hen Night at Barca. Room was very nice and lead on to a balcony. DJ great. Food nice. Staff very helpful and friendly. Security staff very professional and friendly. We had a great night!!

Held our 25th Wedding anniversary party here in the first floor VIP suite. Great venue with outside roof terrace. Staff and service was great. Would very much recommend.

Great views, good service, mediocre drinks. Me and my girlfriend went here for a few drinks and found a quiet spot overlooking the canal. If you are lucky enough to find a good seat the views are really nice and there is even a swing seat you can sit in and relax. Luckily enough when we went it was almost empty and we managed to find a nice spot. Ordering was easy and fast, you order on the app and your drinks are brought out to your table number. Unfortunately when the drinks came they tasted extremely weak and watered down and the first one tasted like it had no alcohol in at all. Even the kopparberg tasted watered down which was a disappointment for the price. Because of this we didn't stay here for long and probably won't return.

Surprising well organised and efficient service on a bank holiday weekend. Other places had mile long queues, the staff were friendly and everything we ordered came quickly. 5 star food and drinks, we will definitely be back!

So this is a fab bar come rain or shine, the team work hard. With many function areas for people and events it’s a great spot in the city! As well as me being the dj here, so obviously the music is great haha it’s a great venue good location, parking is a tad tricky but not impossible.
