Disappointed to say the least. Waited at the door where it said wait to be seated, no one came to us so we went to the bar and asked if we had to wait and we’re told to take a seat. Sat down and waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We both ordered poached eggs that were hard, I ordered 3 sausages and for 2. I had to ask for napkins because there was none on the table. The food took over 15 minutes to get to us. We were given (I’d say) no more than a table spoon full of beans. The food was tasteless. I think that will be the last time we visit this particular Beefeater.

The servers were very attentive and friendly, the food arrived very quickly, our server made sure she looked after my allergy requirements which I am always grateful for

All started okay at first, did notice that a lot if the seating was ripped and the place looked tired but , had starters all was fine, mains came, main cold , t-bone that looked like a minute steak with a bone it was that thin, sent it back and it was a while before one came back, this one was warm but still very thin for a £25 steak but by this time I'd had enough so just eat half and left the rest, heard a woman arguing with the manager regards her meal which was a bit off-putting but was a what the hell momentThat was the downsideThe upside was the staff were very good to be honest and I think it was just one of those nights where everything goes wrong so would go again just for the entertainment value,End of the night we wasn't charged for most things and a tip was given anyway,Like I said I would go again but I think I would give the steak a miss even though its a beefeaterKeep up the good work guys as you all had I nightmare I reckon

Nice place to have a dinner. Very kind staff, tasty food 👍😊

lovely staff, pity they had no poached eggs or black pudding available at the time of my visit but the breakfast was good value, included, help yourself continental and unlimited tea, coffee and fruit juices for £9.50 👍

Visited for my birthday and unfortunately this particular chain has massively declined. Table booked for 6.30, was informed on arrival there would be a 40 minute wait.. why when there were only two other sittings? That we didn't mind too much, it was the substandard food. My husband ordered a mixed grill and had to ask for what was advertised- the tomatoe, mushroom and onion rings were missing. I ordered salmon- it was a small dry piece with three twigs of broccoli and 5 sweet potato frys. The chef cannot cope, nor cook. The girls serving were fantastic though!.. credit where credit due. Won't be returning.

Very disappointed with the staff, especially gemma, not welcoming at all, made several mistakes with our orders, then our baby vomited and she literally told us to clean the floor ourselves. I asked for a mop and our intention was to do it but you are not expecting to hear "you can clean it" from an staff member...i would have understood if the restaurant was full but we were literally 2 tables eating. We live 5 minutes away and eat here very often but obviously this is going to change.

Staff welcoming. Breakfast was eaten and was the standard Beefeater Fayre. A reasonable choice was offered given the supply difficulties, the quality was good The restaurant was busy and the staff served the best they can.

Second poor meal at the Heald Green Beefeater. No Sunday lunch available, no Festive Menu, many things ‘off’ the menu. Food when it came out was not good. My chicken grill was dry and tough, barely warm. All the chips were over cooked and again, barely warm. The fish & chips were cooked to death. We won’t be back.

I went for lunch with my daughter. Food was delicious. Stuff was friendly and helpful.Relaxed/ no pressure atmosphere and very quiet when we came in.The only downfall was not having some foods, which are advertised on the menu. It might be worth for stuff informing the customer beforehand, if any of the foods are not available on a day, nevertheless it didn't spoil the experience. Will be back again.
