Bem Brasil, Deansgate in Manchester

We made a booking for a birthday meal and a few of us had been before, the food itself was lovely but there wasn’t much variety and was the same 4/5 things coming round again and again. We were missing sides and drinks which we had to repeatedly ask for and every waiter that came to the table just made us feel like an inconvenience, when we’d finished food I let the waitress know we were ready to sing, ten minutes later still nothing so I asked for the bill. The manager brought the bill over, threw the wallet on the table and walked away. Still no happy birthday, I went to the bar and found the manager stood there and asked to pay, I told her we weren’t happy and why and she offered to remove the service charge but as we’d already split it between 7 of us there wasn’t much point. She took the card payment, passed my card back to me and walked off. Honestly never been treated like such an inconvenience before and based off this wouldn’t go back.

Not only is the food here delicious, the staff are brilliant. We were looked after by Fatima, who couldn't do enough for us.All of the other staff were really friendly too.Highly recommended, and we'll be back soon.

Came here for my birthday which was just okay. Took them quite a while to just come to our table and take our drink and sides order (which you have to do first before you start getting served the meat). Sides came out kinda cold. They had balloons on our table to indicate it was my birthday but didn’t do anything for it. They sang happy birthday and gave a cake / candle to another guest but I never got one, and was charged for the cake we ordered for dessert. Drinks took a long time to come so we only had the one round and opted to get drinks elsewhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

Took them 20 minutes to take a drinks order after being seated, then a further 20 minutes to bring food. Portions were small and dry, some meats just tasted of salt. Out the promised amount of cuts/choices, we were served the same 6 over and over again. Added a 10% "optional service charge" onto the bill and had to ask for it to be taken off. Never go again.

Very highly reccomend, visited for lunch for the first time everything was explained to us then we ordered, it was continous meat and what ever sides you wanted, absolute fantastic service and value for money £18.50 per person but thats easily made up on sides alone, the food was beautiful and well presented, the waiter cuts your meat at the table from skewers you can asked for what ever you like and its all hot and cooked freshly, the decor is really beautiful, theres a lot of hard work been put into this place and i will definitely be returning, great food and great service

Food was really tasty and the different meats just kept on coming. Our host Zak was so friendly and helpful, making the experience so much more enjoyable. All the staff were lovely and friendly. Definitely gonna go back! Word of advice - pace yourself otherwise you’ll explode.

We celebrated our end of year staff dinner. Fantastic atmosphere. Great food, fantastic Service. I most mention the staff who attended our table ( Yolanda) She was very helpful, attentive, friendly and a fantastic host. Thank you very much Yolanda.

Where to start. From the minute you walk in your greeted with a smile. Shown to your table and treated with the upmost of respect. If you want a safe, friendly night out with excellent food (I'd recommend elastic waist) this is your place. Plenty of parking across the road which only cost me 5.70 bargain

Terrible, it’s a joke! They take ages to serve. They changed the buffet, and you now need to ask them to bring you the sides, and they completely forget your are there!!! Ordered everything at 21:45 its now 21:20 and I’m still waiting for it! They won’t even give you a plate for the meat, the meat is coming and going to all other tables, but because they won’t bring us the sides, we cannot be served any of the meat. No drinks, no sides and of course no meat. So you just sat there starving, watching others eating.It changed, for the worse! Not coming to them ever again.

My husband wanted a steak house for his birthday so I booked a table at Bem Brasil in Deansgate Manchester.We parked at Kings Street West carpark operated by Ring-go. Parking was £11.40 for 2 hours and this carpark is almost literally opposite Bem Brasil. I could see the carpark from our table.We were 20minutes early for our table but we were accommodated easily.The service is EXCELLENT. ALL the staff are keen to ensure you enjoy the experience without being too intrusive.The system is easy. You have a traffic light signal ring on your table. (The staff will always make sure you understand this)RED 🔴- NO THANKSGREEN - YES PLEASEThe waiters (very organized) will collect your order for drinks and starters. Starters are a choice of hot or cold (tapas style).Then the different flavoured steak, lamb and chicken comes around as it's cooked so hot and fresh and yummy.The roasted pineapple 🍍 is a MUST-TRY.One of the waitresses brought a complimentary pudding for my husband and she sung him *Happy Birthday*.Overall experience. 10/10
