Bierkeller in Manchester

Arrogant doormen demanding £5 to get in when it was quiet and many leaving. Literally spun round and went O’Neil’s where they had friendly doormen, free entry and great atmosphere. Bierkeller has lost it spark..

Friendly bar staff. I also recommend the Long Island Iced Tea cocktail. Many places make them weak with too much cola but this was bang on. Also enjoyed a pint of Fruli

Awsome, not visited since before covid, but one of mine and my 3 teenage sons favourite spots. Played pool for a few hours. Such nice staff, excellent food and cocktails. Fantastic offers! Thank you ! Felt like we'd never been away! Wish we lived closer but sure we'll be back soon! Lads had polished the pizza, wings and loaded fries before I got a photo !

I feel the person responsible for your 'entertainment' considerably let your whole venue down. I honestly think that calling someone out for being 'ugly' in front of hundreds of people including their friends and family is the most uncool thing you can do. Punch up man, the only person your embarrassing with that kind of patter is yourself.

Oompah show was rubbish. Lost the authenticity it once had and now is an obnoxious bloke in a ridiculous outfit insulting the audience and swearing a lot. He's not funny, nor does he make it a fun night.Once he'd left the stage and the DJ took over, the night improved, but we can get decent music to dance to in most clubs. We paid for the oompah show. Won't rush back. Shame, it used to be excellent. Food platter was good, I'll give them that. Would have liked the option to order some sides too like fries or more onion rings, a pretzel etc, and we had to go in search of our shot that was included in the price.

Cheap pool tables surrounded by big sports screens, plenty of seating, good bar prices especially for the Printworks! Staff always friendly and helpful.

Turned up for a couple of games of pool. The beers were good and reasonably priced, the staff pleasant and helpful. The pool tables however were poorly lit and had a slope that would exited Eddie the Eagle. For the extortionate price I would expect a level table.

If you want to get absolutely legless this is the place with the steins and the oompah band there is not a chance you will leave this place sober it's so amazing! Their beer is so nice and of course to get steins is just awesome! And reasonably priced in my opinion!

I attended Bierkeller for the R&B Brunch MCR - 28 AUG. There was meant to be bottomless rum punch for the first hour however, due to lack of organisation there was a massive queue and the drinks were slow to come out, then the rum punch ran out.One of the staff also misled people by telling them to use the space at the bar where there was no serving of punch. Bought drinks were slow to arrive too.Toilets had lots of holes through the cubicle walls, several had no door lock fitted. It's clear the venue needs and overhaul.The event hosted was fun and lively.

Love it. Brings the night life to day time. Fantastic big screens for the football, pool tables, music on! Super friendly staff & clean facilities.The only shock I got was when we left & realised how light it was outside
