The food & customer service was absolutely shocking!!! My friend called to ask the ingredients the guy on the phone had no idea of the , claimed that he didn't know what we were asking. Spent 5 minutes with us waiting so he could ask the chef & still said he had no idea what we are asking?! How can you not know the ingredients in the products your selling! What do they do if someone has an allergy? Than our order came we ordered a platter, we only got one portion, the guy argued with me saying I only ordered one portion, when I clearly ordered platter which said two pieces each, yet we received only 1 piece each, and it was horrible tasted so rubbery & flavourless we threw it in the bin. The Chowmein was an absolute joke, we ordered the version it was the blandest, most tasteless dish ever, there was no flavour no veggies, apart from one small piece of green spring onion! Just literally boiled noodles & boiled chicken! I would not even give this food for free!!! The most rudest customer service & abysmal prices & disgusting food. Seriously keep away from this place!!! Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely awful experience with this takeaway! 2 prawns in the seafood chow mein, and the duck was absolutely vile! Was green and shiny! The staff were very unhelpful and rude! Trading standards really need to look into this takeaway, no idea how it’s still open.

Avoid at all costs! Decided to order on uber eats as they had 50% off deal. Wish I had checked the reviews of this place before ordering. Seems to have the same/similar complaints. Ribs are not advertised as lamb so was shocked to receive them. Dry, no meat content, just bones, batter and fat, no flavour in any of the meat. I ordered 4 dishes to share. The Peking ribs was just awful as described. The Goreng fried rice and Special chow mein looked tasty but again was bland, no taste with dry pieces of meat. The only dish that had flavour was the duck in plum sauce, with most of the flavour coming from the tinned chunks of pineapple, and that says alot. Will not order again and won't be surprised if they closed down soon as takeaways are a luxury treat and people won't be parting their hard want money for this garbage. Do not let the Chinese font/text in the menu decieve you, it is not truly Chinese food and most likely an Asian owner introducing Chinese food to halal consumers

As someone who usually enjoys the food from here I had a terrible experience. I've been a vegan/veggie of 7 years. To receive real chicken instead of their ‘mock chicken’ (I always order mock chicken here - looks the same as real chicken so didn’t even think) is an absolute joke. Our order was clearly a vegetarian/vegan order so getting an item mixed up shouldn’t have even been a problem. I took half a bite into the chicken and realised not only by the taste but saw that horrible stringy texture of real meat. I usually check the inside of vegan chicken to double check but because we have had the vegan chicken from here before I didn’t think anything of it.We called up to tell them and they were extremely rude on the phone and they started laughing - asking us to just ‘re order’ on Deliveroo.Also missing items in order and the rice was clearly not fresh, must’ve been sat there for a few days. Absolute shocking behaviour.

Awful food, uncooked fat on ribs ( which are lamb not pork) no flavour of salt and pepper and smelt like fish. Pieces of gristle and off cuts of dodgy looking meat in the rice. I called to complain and they just said they make 60 portions of rice a day and weren't very interested at all in my complaint, they told me to contact Deliveroo. I would never order from here again, worst Chinese takeaway I've ever received, it all ended up in the bin.

Fast delivery and friendly service. Food was super fresh and the perfect temperature. I'd recommend ordering straight from the restaurant's website rather than just eat etc. To avoid slow delivery from couriers and can be sure the restaurant gets 100% of the profit, rather than a big corporation taking a cut.

Ordered 2 salt and pepper chickens for £5.50 each. This is what came to my door, probably the worst portion size I have ever seen, especially at the price point. Not only this, but it may well have been the blandest 'snack' I have ever tried. Absolute day light robbery!

Great place for Halal Chinese food. Ordered a takeaway. Szechuan Hot and Sour Soup was delicious. Service was good. Food was a bit pricey but the portions were good size. The garlic chilli chicken seemed a bit bland but the taste was good. Waiting time wasn't bad as it wasn't too busy. Will recommend to try it out and don't forget to try the hot sour soup.
