Burger King in Manchester

Overall good quite late in an evening and the service was quick, the pull cord in the disabled bathroom was tied up and we had to move the poles they bad in the way to allow my companion (wheelchair user) to access the bathroom. The bathroom is not radar keyed however we did have to ask the security guard to open it which was fine at the time.

We’ve come here few times now. Nice, clean place, staff are friendly and helpful. We’ve usually come around 4pm and it’s not been very busy. Love sitting by the window, watching the busy life of Piccadilly Gardens for a bit 😊

This is an okay place. The staff aren't the best and the place isn't the cleanest but it has an upper seating area which is warmer than the downstairs area.The food is sometimes dry and bland. The BBQ box meal is so dry, Don't get it. The only good thing is the unlimited drinks.

Only if everywhere is closed - usually the pre baby end up in after a night out but be fully prepared to be short changed wherever it's buying a meal deal and told the drink is extra or the dips are an add charge despite poster adverts staying the opposite. Imho not worth the air time unless you want to waste 20+ minutes arguing. Avoid at all cost.

Service slow and cold food. Appreciate low numbers off staff during overnight shifts. However after years off operating burger king should learn how to deal with this demand. Seems like it's franchised out and loosing it's values... staff not wearing uniform etc ...not expected from a big company. McDonald's is run far better.

Visited store on 21st November 02:30 am morningAtrocious staff with no service . It's not busy but speed of order is 1 Oder every 25 minutes , the manager didn't knew what he was doing and all staff were very comfortable enjoying watching each other rather then working or serving customers . Asked manager 3 times about our order and was very rudely told it's busy ,,manager was himself enjoying doing nothing .waited for 40 minutes and got wrong order in the end . Only thing good about restaurant was it's security who was constantly comforting .Don't waste your money

Burger King already starts low in my opinion as the price is ridiculous compared to other competitors.We came in late around 9pm, very quickly we got our order taken but the woman on till wasent very polite and extremely fast with our order we had to slow her down as she had gotten our order wrong. After correcting the order we waited around 15 minutes for our food which was wrong. When I took the burger back a different person told me they didn't do the burger but I already had one. Once he asked another member of staff we received a freshly made burger but it was still wrong we didn't bother again.

A 28 minute wait between ordering and getting my food (a bog standard whopper meal), fast food this place ain't - and it wasn't even busy. Seemed like staff were totally fed up and didn't care. Orders from Uber eats and the likes seemed to take priority over in store orders. Burger bun was a bit stale and the burger was drowning in water from the lettuce and tomatoes but I was that hungry I ate it anyway. By the time I finished 10 minutes later, people 2 behind me in the queue were still waiting for their food.

Just had a really lovely lady take our order, was very polite and had a smile on her face despite the place being really busy.Some cockwomble a few people behind us decided to start giving her grief because the poor soul also had to queue up. Great example for his young daughter on respect and tolerance.To the manager, I had a nice burger and would appreciate it if you could thank your team working tonight for their service this evening. Including your very diligent lady cleaning and clearing tables. I did thank her as we were leaving but I'm sure it would mean more from you.

Vegan option is small but better than nothing. One vegan whooper , and one chicken sandwich is small menu . There good and tasty but if you are Truly vegan you will not eat there , is made same way with normal meat . except that is ok :)
