Byron Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester

I’ve tried burgers from a lot of other places in town. But Byron burgers are the best. Just the right balance of all ingredients! Enough to be very happy, and not feel overwhelmed by either very big burger sizes or greasy ones. Strongly recommend if you love burgers!

The food was nice but pricey. The reason it ended up being pricey was because of the compulsory 10% service charge. I’m all for giving a tip when you’ve had a good service, but this isn’t America where people are made to feel guilty if they don’t tip. It left us with a bitter taste in our mouth unfortunately. The lady that served us was nice but we weren’t there long and ended up paying over a tenner for the tip! Might go again on my own, but wouldn’t take others there again.

Really amazing place for burgers. Was first a bit hesitant about this as it’s a chain but it blew my expectations. I was so impressed with the service, atmosphere and quality of food.We went twice and ordered Byron burger, double bacon cheese and the c-Rex grilled. I also ordered the caramel milkshake, cheesy bacon fries, sweet potato fries and the chicken wings.They have an abundance of different kinds of sauces. Got the Siracusa mayo and blue cheese sauce. They were so delicious!Everything was so on point and I highly recommend this for a casual dinner or a date!

So, after 20 minutes the food arrived. It was warm but certainly not hot. Lukewarm would be a fair description. The burgers were nothing to write home about and the fries were fries.They didn't have the bacon & cheese fries available which is strange considering that the burgers and bacon and cheese on, so ingredients were obviously in stock.Had to put my coat on as the restaurant was cold. And the grand finale was the bill... £54 quid! Absolutely extortionate. Needless to say, we won't be back!

The burger was awesome. Probably the best burger I have ever had. Good service. However the cost sides and drinks in the restaurant is a killer. £11 for three small cans of pop!!. Also availability of starters was poor. 3 burgers (2 were Chicken) and 3 cans of pop. No sides and no starters cost me nearly £50. Will use the takeaway service in future and buy a can for £0.75p :-).

The burgers here are amazing. Went with a non-burger lover and she was very impressed. Really nice atmosphere and food served promptly.

I was at this establishment on the 22nd of November 2021 and I can say without a shadow of a doubt - I had a wonderful time. Unfortunately I didn't get the names of the people who served me but they were all very professional and they're all serving with smiles and everything was fantastic! We ordered two burgers and two orders of onion rings. The second set rings took a little while to come out, but it was less than 2 minutes waiting so you no issues there.I would recommend sitting in or going to the take away option from this place as there is limited parking nearby. There are amenities available for people in scooters and wheelchairs. And there are vegan and vegetarian options available.Unfortunately ran out of the vegan ice cream, so they had to give me a regular milkshake. However it was not an issue for me. 10/10 would come here again.

Stopped by here for food one mid week evening, it was quite busy but the friendly staff had no problem squeezing us in, the food was excellent, burger cooked perfectly, they even had gluten free burger buns available so I was able to have a proper meal rather just sides unlike other similar competitors near by. Although it was a busy tea time this didn’t impact the fantastic and attentive service we received from the staff. I’ll be back next time I’m in Manchester!

Successful experience with the choices from the menu, the cheeseburger was tried and it was very tasty ،also the staff was very friendly and nice

Very tasty food, great service and the staff super friendly. And even I didn't ask for more, because the serving is big, they offer bottomless fries with the burger!! Totally recommend!
