Regular haunt as mate has a dog and they don't mind them in here. Great staff and not too busy or loud.

I understand that the staff can't be on the go all the time but this place was a bomb site - all the empty tables were left uncleared for ages. This branch used to be a go-to place for business people etc. it looked like a dosshouse yesterday. And some of the staff need training in basic manners.

Great location for when you get off the tram but not very big so gets busy in the morning and sometimes they only have 1/2 staff in so slow service. Often run out of the granola pots quickly too.

It's a generic coffee shop not much to say. Friendly staff, tasty festive drinks, comfy chairs. There was only one loo and it could have done with a clean.

Called in for a coffee and sandwich. Decaf latte available. Needed to ask staff to clean a table which they did. Just a normal Cafe Nero!

Nice interior however dismissive/rude barista put me off the experience - lady with red hair and glasses clearly doesn’t like her job - I don’t need to know that as a paying customer. Served me with an attitude, dumped my hot chocolate on the end and moved on to the next customer without a thank you or any similar acknowledgement. Rude.

Very nice for a chain. Warm, comfortable seat. Good range of food and drink. Very pleasant service. Odd that toilet is locked ("ask for key"), but that may reflect some local difficulties.

Excellent coffee shop and central to the City Gallery and City Hall. The ataff are super friendly and really efficient. I choose this cafe over the other awful chains.

Caffe Nero one of the best caffe you can find in manchester love the vibe, they always have great locations with plenty of light and spaces whoever the wifi was disappointing it was great at the beginning but completely disconnected after half an hour couldn’t finish any thing and I just left. It’s great for setting down with friends or to read but not for work.
