ordered for delivery 4 pizzas and a burger for the family ordered at 18.00pm arrive at 20.20pm after being told at 19.40pm sorry in delay very busy but the driver has just left arrives at 20.20pm defo wont be ordering from her again complete joke

Usually good food and service, had an issue last week where food wasn't delivered and we had to cancel it as it got too late. Bit of a nightmare at the time and to sort out. But they replaced our missed delivery today when we rang up. So still happy to order again and food was hot 🔥 which is the best 👌

The only reason I gave 1 star is so I could leave a review ordered from here 17,7,21 got food looked ok we ate about a 1/4 to find the nan bread was full of green mould took photos and immediately reported them to food hygiene agency

Ordered May 19th - my delivery details were unknowingly reset via the app to one id deleted a year ago, which meant when the driver called to say he had arrived, I went down to meet him and no one was there. I then called apologising (though not my fault) and asked if he could drop my meal off on the way to his next drop, as it was in Middleton and I am not far, or even after. He refused, was rude and hung up the phone. I then called the takeaway to which they took my new address and also said I hung the phone up on the driver, me knowing I did not (like I need to lie). It is the second time this takeaway has insinuated I have lied when they can not accept when they are wrong. I questioned the driver on what he told them and he then raised his voice, meanwhile the takeaway is calling my phone asking me to pay the driver £2 for the "extra effort to correct my mistake", though the driver was en-route to the takeaway with my undelivered food; which I'm sure is against Just-Eat's policy? The food was ok, but the poor customer service meant it left a sour taste in my mouth and I could not enjoy the food. You may not value your customers enough to be bothered that I am no longer a loyal customer. Good riddance.

Before you eat from here go inside and see how awfully dirty the place is?? I made my order and paid then started looking around while I was waiting asked to cancel my order but the very ignorant staff member told me I couldnt! So i chucked the food in the bin it was that bad?

Excellent food cooked fresh although you do have to wait 10-15 minutes. Small price to pay for the quality of the food

Not only they failed to delivery a drink last week, this week -stupid me for ordering again- a whole meal was missing and they refused to re-sending it saying it was in the bag: it was not. I will not order from them again.

I whent there on Wednesday I ordered the houses special kebab it looked the part but when I got home the kebab meat wasn't cooked the chicken was raw and the sheikh was like rubber I never had the strength to complain but I wont be going back

Great takeaway with lovely people running it. They're always quite busy but are happy to have a chat while working as well.They give you food as fresh as possible and they have a hygiene rating of 5, so definitely worth checking out this place if you haven't.Food is always good (I go for the kebab, my partner for the calzone), and we've always enjoyed it immensely :)

Took 2 hours to deliver to alkrington, repeatedly told us its on the way for 30 mins. Advertised free garlic bread and drink but said because we didnt specifically mention it, they didnt add it to the order. Food was shocking, never again.
