Cane & Grain in Manchester

Ordered a pint of Guinness and the supervisor/ manager poured it completely wrong, I didn’t say anything at first but it didn’t taste very nice so I went to the bar and asked for a fresh one poured properly and was denied. Very poor customer customer service and an offensive Guinness. Dave on the door was the only saving grace.

The night we came they had 50% off food. Think our total bill came to around £10 a head when we all had a main and a pint.My bacon cheeseburger was tasty.The service was very friendly and attentive and the venue was very nice to enjoy time with friends.

10 out of 10 on everything. Staff were super friendly the food was heavenly. I would drive miles just to come and eat here. Don’t think twice , just walk in! You will not be disappointed!

Arguably the best and most iconic bar in Manchester. Music fantastic, drinks range great and excellent location in the heart of the Northern Quarter. This is a bar with a brilliant reputation amongst bartenders and one that my friends and I always visit when we make a trip from over the Pennines. Will be back, probably the next time I'm in Manchester

Popped in for a quick half before the tram. £3 for a half of Camden pale. If only they hadn't advertised a totally different price on their board... Or did I just get a discount? Still a rip off.

Slightly unclear when you book that you're booking for a specific floor, but once we'd sorted that and got sat down the cocktails were great and although not cheap, about the going rate for in Manchester now.

Great atmosphere and really fun has three levels, ground floor is a relaxed bar,level two is a restaurant with great food, third floor is the party bar playing R&B and party anthems

I stopped by Cane and Grain with a colleague while in Manchester. We turned up on a Saturday without a reservation and had to queue outside for 5 minutes for a seat inside (would have been 25 for outside seating). Very impressed that we were able to be seated so quickly. The staff were awesome and helpful, suggesting some drinks and eats. Ordering food is done by scanning a QR code on the table where you can choose your drinks, food and pay. Our food arrived promptly and everything was great, I highly recommend the truffle poutine!!

I came when it was sunny so outdoor seating was perfect. I didn’t have a booking either and waiting time wasn’t long maybe 10-15 minutes. It was easy to order and food came in about 15/20 minutes which was great. I ordered the vegan burger and wow, one of the best non meat burgers I’ve probably ever had!
