China Kitchen in Manchester

I went to China Kitchen tonight. I ordered steamed dim sun lemon chicken and special fried rice. She said ok 15 mins. I watched and waited for 55 mins while she served all her friends. I asked how much longer.She said oh my God do you want your food cooked or not. So as I had already paid I asked for a refund. She said I told you steamed dim sun takes 15 minutes at this point I just thought it's time to go. I asked once again for my money back and she said I was ungrateful. . CHINA KITCHEN

It was my first time buying food from there. Friendly helpful service. Food cooked fresh whilst you waited. I will buy from there again.

I absolutely love Chinese and have tried many in the area and for me this is the best , Every order has been superb .. love the salt and pepper chicken balls and the beef satay is amazing .. 5 star for me .

One of my favourite Chinese takeaways great food fresh and bright food and spicy when it says it's meant to be. They are very flexible also if you want to adjust a dish although don't be silly in that respect people. If you've never tried it you're missing out.

The food is okay. However, the order arrived 45 mins late, we called the restaurant twice (20 mins late and 35 mins late) and were told 10 mins the first time, and just that the driver had set off the second. The person on the other end was rude, and kept talking over me when I was asking about our order.Would not recommend, received our order almost 2 hours after ordering in the end. Should've ordered pizza.The delivery driver was friendly.

The rice and noodles is really Good. But when it comes to SWEET AND SOUR CHICKEN DON'T RECOMMEND. It's really strong (weirdly) in sense and taste , looks like red chemical.And my belly really feels kinda strange after that food.Please be careful!

Placed the order at 6.30 at 8.30 i rang to see where the order was only to be told they had no record of the order even though i had an email comformation from them. Never again, we'll be ordering from Delicacy bar in future. Only left 1 star because i can't leave 0

Ordered food from here last night, turned up late, order wrong and food was terrible, when phoning to ask where items ere that were missing i was told i had not ordered them but 3 people clearly heard me order, this place i will not be going again and warn people to stay clear, they are rude when you phone up and food is below standard, much better places about and i will not be going back there ! oh by the way 1 start was the lowest i can give thats why its there !

Chips are quite nice big chunky ones. Other food I’ve had from here I found to be bland and disappointing. The place only has 1 star hygiene rating out of 5 from Manchester City Council which is concerning.

The woman on the phone was indescribably rude. We'd tried ordering online but had some trouble and rang up instead - the woman stated they would not deliver as they are too busy then hung up. We rang back twice after this and again she hung up both times. Shame because we enjoyed the food weve had from there previously but I will not be ordering from there again as the customer service we received today was appalling.
