Lovely food, nice atmosphere. My server Sinead was brilliant - really attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Food takes a while to come out but it's worth the wait.

Stayed at Premier Inn next door in stormy weather so ate here both evening and breakfast. Couldn't fault my sirloin steak. Was busy but our waitress Jane worked very very quickly and efficiently. Only criticism is that the menu offers few healthy options unfortunately. Breakfast was really good with varied selection both hot and cold. No decaff coffee. If you are staying over, there is a meal deal of two course evening meal, drink and breakfast. This was advertised on the back of the breakfast menu!!! We missed out on that as only checked the dining menu. Could have saved just £20!!! Not pleased about that.

Went here for my sons 18th and really did put a downer on the rest of the day after the meal. We booked a table for 14.30 but we we're early but then had to go and find out if it was ready as we placed in the bar to wait for it ! We finally had our meal at around 15.30 but it was busy and i appreciate that everyone only has one pair of hands ! The kids meal was terrible, i ordered a cheese burger to which it was over cooked and the bun was too small for the burger and it was like a brick literally as if it had been left too long to pick up ! My daughter couldn't get her teeth through it so obviously it wasn't eaten 🙄 i didn't complain at the time as we we're not asked if everything was ok and i just wanted to go. The steak and chicken were really dry too. The only good thing was i got discount with my blue light card. The lady who served us was nice and friendly, despite the poor quality of food.

We booked a table for my mums birthday..table for 6.We waited 45 minutes for someone to take our order.Three people ordered the Ultimate Roast..the lamb was shocking!.. it wasn't meat..just fat! Very disappointed..we did get a large refund on our bill...just spoilt the occasion 🤬

To start with. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. We were told from the beginning it will be a 30 minute wait for food. Which was expected because it’s a busy Sunday tea time. Food was delivered hot and extremely delicious. Wasn’t badgered constantly about how the food tasted unlike some restaurants - massive bonus to the hardworking staff members. Always a pleasure to come to this site.

As I am very covid cautious I asked if we could have a seat near an open window or door and was really pleased when we were told we could because it was quiet. As we were finishing our main course someone came to close the door because another customer had complained about the cold. We chose to leave(the only reason we were there was because of the open door). While I appreciate the initial effort, what was the point if we couldn't finish our meal peacefully? Food was ok but slow, service was good except when we were basically kicked out! Plus side... they saved us from ordering desert!

Stayed at the Premier Inn next door but frequented the Beefeater on all 4 days of my visit. Service was always good, food of a decent standard, although breakfast chef should remove items from the pass when they've been sat under the heat lamps for far too long, as it made some parts of the breakfast inedible. Of particular note and worthy of recognition - Natasha & Josh always gave great service, Natasha always with a cheeky smile. Thank you both. We will be back.

Lovely breakfast, modern clean spacious restaurant, very clean toilets and baby change. Very good value for unlimited breakfast under £10 all food was fresh and delicious. Good choice of cereals and fruit although they could do with a dairy free yogurt option. Really nice leisurely breakfast with my toddler. Lovely accommodating staff. We will return.

The drink was OK. We never complain in situ as you have no control over the potential reactions of the kitchen. The CEO would never eat here if he was served a simple dish of fish & chips of this quality.(see photo) Badly cooked by who ever cooked it but more incredible who ever was in charge allowed the dish to leave the pass. Were I a waiter/waitress I would be embarrassed to bring it to table. It says no one really cares.Beefeater's response is about as good as its product. Our visit was July and the Sorry arrived 10th of September, say no more.

Went for a lunch deal today. Food was good for the price. Was quite busy our waitress was lovely.
