Very frindly staff & fancy dinein Indian restaurant. We loved the quality & taste of food. Bit expensive but overall its worth it. Must try if you are around Manchester!!

Friendly staff, good a bit of a mixed bag, mostly good enough but one dish (spinach and paneer) was bland. Wouldn't put me off but would order something else next time

Been here a few times over the years and the food is consistently excellent and the same was true on this occasion. We popped in early evening, mid-week and the restaurant was quiet with only a few covers. The decor is filled with green and purple hues and is well maintained. The tables are clean with none of the often found tack you get these days. The crokery is plain white, which I personally love, and everything is well presented. Place settings are laid out properly, the only down side are the paper napkins which rather spoil the quality and the lack of table cloth. This creates a rather canteen like effect. The food arrived speedily and was piping hot. Presentation was simple and could be more appealing but the the dishes and tastes were sublime. Bengal style with no colourings and all fresh. We had the Coriander Special Chicken and a Lamb offering whose name I forget, rice and plain naan. This was around £30 so be aware the price are mid range. Parking is atrocious so be prepared to walk.

A big thank you to Martin, Coriander Central manager. Last week, there was a hiccup with the restaurant kitchen and our chicken tikka masala was completely different from what we usually have. Martin contacted us, explained the problem and we had a delicious chicken tikka masala just like old times. Eliana & John Keeling

Had a lovely Christmas day meal and really enjoyed their interpretation of a turkey dinner. The staff were attentive and friendly and definitely added to the experience.

Staff member threw a full pint of lager down me whilst I was eating my meal and didn’t apologise. When it came to getting the bill, they didn’t even try and acknowledge it happened and tried to charge me for the pint of lager.I argued with the manager for 15 minutes and he refused to take money off my bill and said “it was an accident and it happens”.The food was below par and the service was abysmal. So many other better options in the area.

Three pieces of chicken two peppers in a red sauce full of sugar is unacceptable for £10All of the curries taste the sameA tip for everyone, curries shouldn't all be red, especially a Karahi. Usually places like this have a huge pot of red sauce in the back, they just add stuff to it depending on what you've ordered. Also paid 4.90 for warm gulab jamun and received two cold dense balls that had just come out of the fridge and were not fresh. This is the type of place where the waiters are taking plates before you've even finished eating, leaning over us and wiping the table while we ere sat there! This isn't good service, it's poor and made us feel uncomfortable especially during COVID.This place is milking the chorlton coin, its one of the worst curries I've ever had, and my party of 6 including my 11 year old son agreed. When you go for a curry and there isn't an Asian person in there it's usually going to be rubbish.Take my word for it, pay half the price and eat better on Wilmslow Road.

Best curry, lamb, aubergine

A good range of drinks (alcoholic and soft). Food is good but could be much better to be honest especially for the price. It is quite busy during weekends and you are better to book a table. Staff are so nice.

A frequent c customer. Polite and welcoming staff. Delicious food. The only reason not 5 stars is because last time our food was so spicy we couldn't eat it. They kindly remade our order but unfortunately our taste buds couldn't enjoy the food after that so I feel like it was a waste of money in that case. Just so it's clear, this was a one time thing. Every other meal we've had there was perfect. Will definitely go again.
