The atmosphere has to be one of the best for any restaurant in Manchester, Look past the pub at the front, And get yourself into the back, underneath the heating lights, It's like dining out in old Italy, We had tappas, I had the chicken and mushrooms in a cream sauce, My girlfriend and meatballs, we shared fries, Feta mixed Olive salad, fried halloumio, hummus with pita bread, Everything was amazing. Only £55 for both of us with one alcohol drink, Drinks was abit watered down, but honestly I am just nit picking.

Great find in central Manchester - good deal in Deansgate. An excellent place in the city centre, with a warm welcome, efficient service, and great atmosphere. And absolutely delicious food to boot. The restaurant has the feel of a city centre pub on entering, but behind and beyond the first room is a series of smaller areas with a distinctly greek taverna feel. Access is all on one level, and whilst the general toilets are down stairs, there is a ground level accessible toilet for those with limited mobility. The staff were delightful and the food came very quickly after ordering. There’s a good range of both meat food and meat free food. And a good range of beers and wines. The price is very reasonable. Certainly a place to go again next time I’m in town.

Great Greek food outside of Greece? Not possible, surely! Let me tell you that this is the real deal. We went on a Sunday night so I assume it was much quieter than when they have music acts but the service was great and the food was plentiful and very tasty.Overall, excellent food for a great price. We will definitely revisit! Highly recommended.

Fantastic service, delicious food, lovely atmosphere. Accidentally ordered too much garlic bread (at £3 per portion we thought it’d be small so ordered one each) and without asking, our server took the price of the uneaten food off our bill. We already planned to come back another time but this put the cherry on top. Can’t fault it.

Excellent choice of delicious tapas/Mezze, served by friendly staff, in good time. Would highly recommend! Beware of overordering, but you can always ask for trays to take your gluttony home with you - we did, and has a tasty breakfast next morning :-)

Went to Dimitri's on a weekday for dinner and it was very crowded. I recommend booking ahead. We ordered 6 mezze plates for two and got feta and pepper dip, tagine, potato bravas, falafel, sea bass and kotopolo aphodite. The food was good- we especially loved the tagine. Falafel was mediocre. Service was decent - one of our servers dropped some of our pita bread in front of us and didn't replace it. We had to order another plate of bread as a result. Pita bread was also just mediocre. Otherwise the experience was good.

On arrival our table was ready and waiting for us. Food was delicious, quick with serving, however made a mistake with one of the main dishes.

Came here for my birthday meal. Can't fault the food it was delicious but the service wasn't great. Dirty plates sat in front of us for 25 minutes before cleared. The waitress didn't keep up with our drink orders either despite us sitting empty cups and plates on edge of table. The table next to us sat down after us with a bigger party and left before us whilst we still sat there with our dirty plates. I think it was just our waitress who wasn't that great as the other servers seemed a bit more attentive. Other than that good food, lovley atmosphere and nice little vibe.

Amazing Mediterranean Tapas restaurant in the heart of manchester city centre. Dimitri's has been around for along time and will continue to do so thanks to its excellent food and outstanding service. This place is always busy, so booking ahead of your visit is strongly advised.Really good to see they have introduced a good selection of veggie and even Vegan options on their menu! The Vegan Seitan Kebab was so good!!

Had a brilliant meal here. Fabulous atmosphere, nice hustle and bustle to the place. Friendly staff. You can either order Meze or a single meal (they do a meze size in the kebabs as well). I had the mixed grill and it was really good with a good variety of meats on. Be warned it is very filling 😋. The houmous is one of the best I've had. There was 6 of us eating here and it was clean plates all around.
