Dog Bowl in Manchester

What a absolutely fantastic day. We had 2 teenage girls with us and they loved it . But what will make us come back is the Staff.Natalie was amazing couldn't do enough for us.and Natasha who served the food was also so helpful.

We prebooked and paid for a 1.5 hour slot. As we were running a little bit late from work we called the place to let them know but noone picked up. We arrived at the place 15 (had to wait to be seen for another 5 as service is slow) minutes late only to be rudely told that they gave our lane away and no apology for the fact that noone had picked up the phone and had given our lane away. We asked for a refund as the business already had been double paid by the people who had been given our slot and ourselves but the staff once again rudely said this is not possible. What a money grabbing attitude they have!Not only did the staff give our 90 minutes pre-paid slot away after 15 (we explained we would have been happy to miss these 15 min) despite the face that we called them but they did not agree to a refund and were rude to us.Very rude and unhelpful staff including their manager who we asked for help when above was happening.Most unprofessional service I have experienced in ManchesterPlace was also dirty.

Great place to go for some food, a drink and a game of bowling or to play in the arcade. There aren't many arcade machines, but the ones here are well known greats!

Drinks are VERY pricey, but top quality. If you're celebrating a flashy occasion then it's a good spot.During my visit, one of my group was harassed by another customer (which was horrible but that's not down to the bar), the staff did however come and see if we were okay after noticing that we looked upset- they then handled the situation brilliantly- bouncer was very friendly to us- firm but fair with the whole situation and kicked out the harassers. (It was strange having such a good bouncer in Manchester). Staff checked up on us and made sure we were safe for the rest of the night.Aside from the high price point, the atmosphere is fantastic- great bowling setup- though booking is required, and staff are very hands on and friendly

Went in for a drink pre & post gig at nearby Gorilla. Good selection of reasonably priced drinks & happy hour between 4 - 8pm each evening except Saturdays. Lots of people bowling & playing video games & good selection of music being played too. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great time & were able to take our pooch with us. A fantastic range of cocktails and other drinks available. The decor is unique and interesting with a wide selection of arcade games.

Really cool place, excellent staff on the lanes and for food and drinks (which are great comfort food and some nice cocktails) there are offers for students and happy hours. Gaming arcade is good and some retro consoles too.

Great atmosphere, impressive drinks, quality bowling lanes. This bowling alley/arcade/pub/bar is a gem of Manchester. Beer selection is excellent, the cocktails are large, the service is great! Make sure to make reservations if you want to bowl, and bring plenty of cha he if you want to play the arcade machines. I highly recommend the Strawberry Lane or the Packs-a-punch drinks. Both of these drinks are served to be aesthetic and delicious! Want a great night out? Go here at the start of the evening, and stay there until you're ready to go home. This place is easy on the eyes and the wallet. Get down there and have a bowl and a brew!

Brilliant thing to do with a kid in the city. Beer, burger, bowling and arcade games. Not too expensive and lots of fun.

Cracking bar just opposite the O2 Ritz and great for a quick drink or two. Service was good and speedy and there's a great range of beers and cocktails. There's a few bowling lanes which we didn't use, but it looked like the people playing were enjoying themselves. Nice clean toilets too.
