Domino's Pizza in Manchester

Said on the tracker that it was out for delivery 35 minutes ago, we’re five minutes away. Now it says it’s been delivered. It hasn’t. Just phoned them and they said it must be out for delivery because they have nothing in the oven. Rubbish phone manner. Avoid.

Ordered, 10 seconds later asked to change the base I mistakenly put as classic (wanted Italian). Rang 10 seconds later and they told me they had already made it?????? Plain liars. Never ever ordering here again. I can send the time stamps of both ordering and calling. Absolutely APPALLING. PLEASE hire truthful staff / managers. Disgusted.

Very disappointed. The dough was not fresh and the quality of the toppings were questionable. The app tracker wasn’t functional either. This is far far below what is expected of Dominos. A supermarket frozen Pizza would arguably have been a better experience.

Second time I’ve placed an order and got a call saying there is a “glitch with the system” and that my order has been cancelled and a refund will be issued within 3-5 days.The first refund took 10 days as someone forgot to process it. Had to complain to head office.Let’s hope they don’t forget to process this second refund!Honestly go with another franchise not this one.

I have never thought that i could be scammed by dominos but order from this shop at your peril. I ordered food that took 2.5 hourd to come on the third of December and hour in i tried ringing the shop which wouldn't accept my call as i wished to cancel the order and get a refund. Instead i messaged dominos complaint line who issued me a voucher which i was to phone the shop to get a free pizza. When i tried phoning the shop they passed me from one person to another. First they told me there was no recollection of my order and that i had not ordered since march of 2021. I told them this was a lie and gave them my order number and voucher code that was issued by dominos. Now after talking to two more people i was informed that they would not accept the code. The last guy who they put me on the phone again apologised said he was not allowed give me the code but would give me a free extra pizza if i made another payment order. This is clearly a Dominos that has no morality ive no idea why they get to use the dominos name they have appalling behaviour and standards. Dont order from this store they do not accept any responsibility for the standards that you expect from Dominos. This is merely a money racket.

The worst pizza place in Manchester I had to wait 2 hours for one pizza, called twice been told driver is on his wait final call been told my pizza was delivered to wrong address and had to wait 45 minute for them to make another pizza. And staff on the phone they say 5 minute with out checking your order.

Placed Order at 2:46am, was in preparing for 45 minutes before going to Baking. It has now been on Quality Check since 3:50am and am still waiting for my food.I have called several times and they have not answered the phone once.If my food isn’t here by 4:45am then I will be going down to the store and having my order freshly made and demanding a refund.Absolutely awful customer service as well as everything else that goes along with this store.Highly recommend that you go else where for your Dominos. Extremely annoyed.

I ordered a pizza on 05/11/2021 at 19:19. After 30 minutes or there about, the online tracker indicated that the order had been delivered. It had not. I telephoned the Oxford Road branch believing that my order was sent there. The colleague whom answered the phone said my order was nearby and would be 10-20 minutes. 20 minutes passed and no pizza. I telephoned the Oxford branch again and the person advised me to check my order and to confirm the store it had been sent to (I did not know this information was stated on the order page). I checked the order and it stated that it had been sent to the All Saints branch. I asked the person why in the previous call he had told me my order was nearby when, actually, he hadn't a clue. He gave a babbling answer and I hung up in frustration.I then telephoned the All Saints branch and spoke with Aftab. He apologised for the delay (which by this time had been over an hour) and promised that the order would arrive within 10-20 minutes. 20 minutes later . . . no pizza. I telephoned them again and again was told it'd arrive in 10-20 minutes. 20 minutes went by, no pizza! I had now been waiting over 2 hours. I telephoned the store again and spoke with a slightly more competent staff member whom assured me that a new order was being prepared and would be delivered to my address within 30-40 minutes. The food arrived in 30 minutes. In addition to which, I was promised a full refund of £15.99 within 3 - 5 working days.I had to wait over 2 hours and had to deal with careless, incompetent and rude staff. The standard of customer service is frankly appalling. And if I do not receive my refund within 3-5 working days as PROMISED & WARRANTED, I shall be getting back in touch with this store immediately. Never ever will I order again from this store and I strongly recommend that others don't either!

Ordered a pizza last night and it never came for over an 2 hours and I called them saying where it is it? They kept saying an hour and 15 mins. I hit back saying I waited 2 hours and because the app says it’s delivered and it has not yet delivered to me. So I requested a refund. Never ordering them again.

Waited for over 2.5h due to unprofessional behaviour of the driver. He called us several times saying “5 more minutes” and asking for address. When he eventually delivered the order, pizzas were cold and boxes were wet.
