Classic tapas restaurant, long established and well known in Manchester despite being quite hidden away on a side street. Wide variety of dishes available and options suitable for veggies. (Not sure about vegan options.) Busy but friendly staff.

Loved it, chilled, great service, Victoria larger and the best house wine anywhere!! Food great too obviously..

·

Lovely service and a hidden gem. Great selection of beers too. Some of the tapas may not be as good as other places, but value and great service certainly makes up for it!

·

Outstanding. A meal for 4 of us was £120, money very well spent! Delightful in every way, would highly recommend the fried hake, ribs and calamari. Would certainly return when back in Manchester. Authentic experience, lovely staff and outstanding food. 10/10.

Didn’t get off to the best start when the host told the people infront of us in the queue that they didn’t have their booking, then skipped them to get to us and told us we were 35 minutes late when we were actually 20 minutes early. When she left to sort tables the couple in front of us looked at the bookings they only went up to 7pm so not sure where this info was even coming from 🤷🏻‍♀️ There was a lot of attitude for no real reason, and everyone was visibly a bit uncomfortable. The food let the place down again too. It was just really bland on the whole, and the oil desperately needed changing. Some of it tasted like it could have been frozen rather than fresh. I mean it was okay, the prawns and the steak were both nice, but I wouldn’t be recommending it or rushing back. Patatas bravas, croquettes and crab claws were not good at all and looked a bit sad. Our albondigas didn’t show up, so can’t comment on those. Not usually one to write negative reviews but we went here based on positive reviews and I can’t understand why there are people saying they are the best tapas they’ve ever had. You can get much nicer tapas elsewhere in the city centre and probably less sass too 😅 Not a great experience at all.

Beautiful authentic Spanish restaurant with a proud Mancunian presence tucked away down a quiet back street. The food was amazing & the staff were great. If you want a true taste of Spain whilst in Manchester this is definitely the place to go!

A real hidden gem. Great service very friendly. Great prices and authentic food. We have gallician style octopus in he canary Islands and have never found it done well in the UK but these guys nailed it. Very tasty and fresh. Highly recommended especially washed down with sangria.

I took a group of school students here on a trip and the staff (Luigi, Janna and Yolanda specifically) were incredibly helpful! They went above and beyond to ensure that the trip was a hit. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous. Even the picky students amongst our group enjoyed the tapas! We will definitely be returning.

A hidden gem. Fantastic authentic 'home cooked' style tapas in a great setting. The staff are very friendly and attentive and the food is just delicious as well as being generous in portion size. You won't be disappointed if you try this restaurant.
