Escape Lounge T2 in Manchester

Solo travellerWent before my flight to use my priority pass. Told they were full with reservations. Barely anyone in there. Dirty plates and cups all over the tables.Lady quoted terms and conditions at me and said she didn’t have to accept cards. Becoming pointless having one.

Very rare nowadays, but the customer service was suberb. Staff all so pleasant, polite and helpful. Breakfast was very good and we had a relaxing couple of hours before our flight. I will be using escape lounge whenever i fly from T2 Manchester. Well done and 5 stars

Enjoyed a pleasant pre flight couple of hours in T2 escape lounge. Food and drinks were nice, staff were helpful. The WiFi wasn't very fast which I was surprised about for just the opening of news pages and nothing data heavy. It did get very busy particularly with a very large group of I'd say 40 plus people. And the only let down is that toast is not available, which is weird when compared to anywhere else as surely this is a staple breakfast item.

We booked three months ago. Five days before we fly, we get an email cancelling our booking due to "capacity issues".They now claim that they had a contract to supply airlines - basically, your booking and contract with them means nothing - just don't rely on them. My sister-in-law has also had them cancel last minute.Suggest you look elsewhere as there are other alternatives.Disgraceful

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Lounge was clean and excellent value for money. There was a good choice of food and beverages. Check in was smooth and fast, and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. All staff made our visit relaxing and enjoyable. Thank you to all staff and Happy Christmas

Not bad Food not tasty I like the View

Come to Escape without a reservation and although they were very busy, staff managed to shuffle things around to accommodate us! Choice was good for hot and cold buffet and drinks to include sausages, bacon, beans, porridge, pastries, fresh fruits, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, orange juice, beer just to name few. A very pleasant experience, thank you Escape Manchester!

A little cluttered and not as sophisticated as the Aspire lounge, but perfectly adequate. There was a salad and hot food available. The coffee was better than expected.

This place has good food but this lounge is very small. You sometimes have to queue outside to get into the lounge. The stafg is great but its not large enough to hold everyone that wants to come in. Also this lounge does not offer bottled water for you to take to your journey. You would think if youre paying a premium they at least will give you that. Overall food and staff are great. Its just small. And can ve crowded. No quiet space unless you have your noise cancelling headphones on.

The Escape Plus Lounge is shared by Virgin and Qatar (turn left for the Escape Plus, right is the Escape Lounge).It’s quite small but is nice and quiet (apart from the steady stream of people accidentally coming to the wrong lounge).The usual lounge complimentary lounge fare is available.Whilst the staff were friendly, the service once you’re installed in the lounge isn’t great (half an hour to clear empty plates), food and drink options not topped up once depleted.The toilets are down a corridor and shared so there was a large queue.1903 in T1 and T3 is far superior.Nice touch that a person rather than an announcement lets you know when your flight is ready to board.
