Extremely Rude PeopleI ordered a Sunday roast for delivery and paid £21.90 online and the order was accepted then a few minutes later I received a message stating " HAUS Fallowfield marked your order as rejected" no reason given.Unbelievable how people like this can stay in business, I'm giving one star because I can't post this review without it.

Had breakfast from here a few times and it's usually really good. Went to order again today and thought I'd check the hygiene on a whim. 1 star. Absolute tramps. Don't know why I'm surprised, last time I went in everyone looked like they needed a good wash. Just because you're students/in a student area doesn't mean you have to be scruffy. Sort it out.

Food was really good but took over an hour to arrive. The chefs seemed to be unbothered and staff were prioritising delivery or in person customers. Gave complimentary drinks for the wait but still unacceptable.

Ordered on Valentines and pizza just never turned up, we were waiting for hours. Nobody answering our calls on the phone line and then was told by ubereats that they have out-sourced a driver, and had to send us a refund. Very unhappy.

Came here for breakfast, there was only 2 other tables occupied. Ordered through the app as told, waited half an hour to then see my order had been refunded. The staff didn't even come up to explain what had gone on. Had to go down to the bar 3 times to ask what was going on. Re-ordered the breakfasts and drinks. These took another half an hour to arrive. The iced coffee was £4 and was in a half pint glass which was half full with ice so a complete rip off. Vegan breakfast was cold, avocado was hard and basically not edible. Vegan sausages tasted of really stale fat. Still a few drinks were missing which we had informed the waitress about around 5 times. Eventually my friends cup of tea was brought up about 40 minutes after initially ordering. Service was a joke and no apology for messing us around. Been here several times before for beer and pizza and its usually great but after that bad breakfast experience I wouldn't go back in a hurry.

Just a great place. Pancakes and coffee are tasty. House beer is well priced and decent. Homemade pizza is some of the best around. Always enjoy coming back and introducing to friends.

My friends and I went to the roof top restaurant. Although we are all appreciative of it being recently re-opened and considerate of staff being busy the service we received from the main waiter was awful. We were treated rudely and when after an hour of waiting for our pizza we gently asked where they were there was no mention of an apology and frustration at us.The atmosphere was totally off where there was no music and a feeling of being regularly ‘told-off’ by the waiter and frequently reminded of when the table must be left by. We understand completely that restaurants work on schedules but when pizza hasn’t come that was ordered at arrival 15 minutes before we are meant to ‘be out’ this is not on the customer. Would like to clarify that the clearing away waiter was polite and sympathetic. When the food finally arrived it was nice and does have a great range of veggie/ vegan options so we enjoyed the that. However, it is unlikely we will return soon and hope that they are able to sort this out for future customers.

We ordered the Spicy nudja & Padana pizzas with some mozzarella sticks. The food was great, better value than some of the other pizza places we've tried recently for an Italian style pizza. We ordered at 7.08 on a Thursday, eta 8.15, this was then pushed back to 8.25 - call from Haus at 8.18 apologising for the delay, they were really busy but said "it's literally just left and will be 10-15 minutes". Food came at 8.48 (we are a 7 minute drive away).I'd probably have given the food 5 stars but given the length of delay (and the fact that I was called and told it's on its way when it doesn't feel like that was the case) I've gone for 3 stars.Good food but expect a delay.

Lovely pizza and good customer service. Pizzas arrived hot and the veggie/vegan options were really good! There was a mistake with one of the orders and they sorted it out really quickly and even threw in a pizza for the inconvenience. Will definitely order again. Veggie aromatic "duck" pizza is out of this world!

The food was good, had the vegan pizza, fries were particularly nice! Came hot too. The only thing is it took a really long time to come... 2.5 hrs! When I called up the guy was lovely and apologetic, explained they had just been really really busy. Hopefully it was a one off, I will try again to see if this is the case as the food was nice.
