Fig and Sparrow in Manchester

Amazing vegan breakfast! Sausages and homemade beans were brill. lovely staff and atmosphere, as well as very cool mugs!

I ordered a oat milk cappuccino which was nice. Drinking out of a plastic cup did throw me off slightly at first. I also got the vegan breakfast. It's looks pretty but was a bit dry for my taste. There wasn't real enough sauce with the beans and the toast wasn't buttered. (I was also slightly confused by the hummus?). It was good quality ingredients just not to my taste. I would go again but order something different. If sitting in a draft bothers it isn't for you - I ended up sitting with my coat on as it was quite cold.

Nice atmosphere to sit/chill/work/study. Average hot chocolate, room to improve there. Vegan cake was nice 🙂.

Great coffee and a comfortable atmosphere. Wasnt impressed with the hygiene as whilst I was having coffee with a friend, we both noticed that in the time we were there the two servers sneezed into their hands and didn't wash them. They continued to serve coffee and food. Considering the times we are in I was disappointed with that.

Lovely staff and decor. Just a personal thing and maybe I'm old fashioned but I'd really like a proper cup for my coffee (ceramic etc) rather than something I would pack for a picnic. Another positive is the layout and yummy turmeric latte thank you :)

One of my favourite cafes in the northern quarter by far! Amazing light lunches, cakes and incredible coffee. Such a lovely vibe in here and the staff are so friendly. I’ve been visiting this cafe for 2 years and it has sustained its consistency and quality throughout. A must visit!

Came to Manchester for a day and wanted somewhere to have breakfast, with a quick research Fig & and sparrow was the closest I could find. You can order on the counter or on their app, which is nice. The staff show themselves available with a very nice smile on their faces. The atmosphere is so chill, either to work for a bit, come with a friend or even for a date hehe.I had the smashed avocado with a mozzarella extra and a beautiful beetroot latte. For what I had, the price wasn't that much and the portions were just right. Whenever I'm back in Manchester I'm pretty sure I'll visit to have a bite of other things in the menu (they all look so yummy!). Thank you for your service!

Lovely little tea shop, excellent cake. Great to sit on the outdoor benches and people watch in the colourful Northern Quarter

Great coffee, yummy cakes, nice ambience. Oldham street still feels a bit seedy (I live in a more gentrified part of Central Manchester), but F+S is a charming oasis on it.Update. Tried their toasted sandwich (cheese, fig chutney and some leaves). Delicious! A bit pricey but worth every penny.

Great coffee and tea. Lovely surroundings. Slightly annoying app that I had to order through, which took a long time to register for. Service was quick once I had managed to get the app sorted. Should have an option to also order from people.
