Flames in Manchester

Normal taste over all not too bad

Visited this place end December 2021 after a day shopping in Manchester. Was planning on eating on Wilmslow Rd but ended up here. Very cheap menu, large portions and lovely tasting food. This is a stop off for lots of taxi drivers from Sheffield. No customer toilets and no fancy furniture but food is awesome.

Just ordered a chicken tikka on Nan , hot and spicy 12” pizza absolutely gorgeous chips was lovely too. Definitely will be returning

Always good, been ordering from here for a few years and never had bad experience.

Ordered from this kebab House on several occasions and the food is quality, they missed something off the order this time and when I rang to let them know 3 times I had the phone put down on me and after spending over £30 this is disgrasful service. Will be finding another kebab house now 😤

The food is amazing I travel 286 miles to Manchester and the first place I go is flames very clean shop keep up the good work boys

Ordered food from there today, the chicken burger was bone dry, when i say dry i mean it could not have been any dryer. No one in the kitchen had the common sense to put salad, mayonnaise, sauce, cheese or anything on the burger. The chicken was not even a fillet it was one of them frozen patties that you get from the supermarket. Furthermore i am certain that the seekh kebabs were microwaved as they were wrinkly and sloppy in nature. I would not serve the food these lunatics provided to my worst enemy.To put the icing on the cake, when i phoned them to query what had gone wrong? Rather than an apology or any form of compassion i was told that it was indeed my fault as i had not specified what i wanted on my burger. I would give this place 0 stars but as this is not an option i have no choice but to give it a 1 star review.0 for the quality and nature of the food0 for customer serviceAvoid like the plague!

Placed an order on Just Eat- it stated it was delivered on time. When called the restaurant they were still preparing it an hour & 30 minutes later.When I called the male on the phone was rude & couldn’t care less really. Will never be going there again. Bearing in mind I called 5 times before someone attended- If you can’t deliver or take on the custom then I suggest you don’t advertise on Just Eat etc.What an absolute waste of my time & money.

Absolutely gutted. Order from flames regularly every month for a good year but today service and food was shocking. Pizza was cold, dough was raw at the bottom middle and all the toppings slid off as soon as I picked up a slice. Called the place and told them the issue and they proceeded to tell me “this is how it’s usually made” and showing no remorse not even a single apology. Wasn’t expecting much but they didn’t even say sorry which was very unprofessional. Asked the person if the toppings are meant to slide off and he said no not really yet still proceeded to say this is how it’s made?? Going to return the pizza in person and will not be returning here again!!

I've been an avid just eat user for the last 8 years.I was getting tired of never finding consistency with the places I order fromThen I found this place!The food is absolutely to die for!The garlic bread is on point and the garlic chips are so delicious!The burgers are juicy and worth the money!Honestly if you're looking for a great place to eat... This is the takeaway for you!I've ordered from them 12 times in 2 months! Keep it up and I'll order many more!Thanks Flame team.
