good prices however, tables are never clean, have never seen a table being sprayed. staff were rude when we moved tables. in addition to this, there's a Constant flow of customers checking if there's room when the place is quite clearly full. in terms of covid this means people walking around your food whilst you are trying to enjoy a meal.

Some good vegan options, large portions, dog friendly and relaxed atmosphere

A South Manchester institution. A real gem of a veggie cafe/bar/venue. The food is excellent; comforting, filling and cheap. Most of the options are carbs on carbs but I'm not complaining - that's what makes it delicious! It has a brilliant atmosphere and a wonderfully mixed clientele. To the people complaining about the decor, go to a chain cafe - the bohemian ramshackle nature of Fuel is part of its brilliance. Its just so versatile! A great place for breakfast after a heavy night, for lunch with friends, for a quiet afternoon reading a book in the corner and for a night out - as the upstairs is a venue that regularly hosts gigs and nights.

Really delicious and very reasonably priced vegetarian and vegan food. Was really surprised by the portion sizes for the cost. They do a good range of beer and drinks. The coffee was excellent. Really nice decor and ambience. Would definitely recommend.

This place is hosting bands once a month for so called open mics but instead of 3 songs they ask for 25 mins of music and never offer any paid gig!!!Professional musicians - please be aware of it as your years of gaining skills should be paid off! Not even free drink provided there!Still good for amateurs anyway.

Fantastic atmosphere, delicious food, looks like it had regular live music and should do again soon. Wish I could come here regularly.

Nice atmosphere and quite a big menu for vegetarians and vegans. A good place to go for late breakfasts too. I have listed it as 4 stars instead of 5 just because the wait can be long if you are going at peak time and some of the tables aren't very stable.

I love this place. I'm not a vegetarian. However, everything I have tried from this place is amazing. Would definitely recommend. It also does a variety of different things. One of them being live music. Sometimes it is heavy metal though... my favourite meal is the quesadilla with home made chips and a shake (not decided on my favourite yet). Their staff are friendly and food is affordable too.

A cozy place to hang out around Withington. Haven't tried the food yet but loved its Bailey's Hot Chocolate. Highly recommended

Wonderful atmosphere, lovely service and the ladies behind the counter are all smiles and helpful. The food and service both great! The breakfast is served till 4pm ! The spicy jerk burger was delicious and so was the full English veggie breakfast.
