Wouldn't accept a legitimate driving licence as proof of age simply because it had expired. Using a passport or driving licence as proof of age does not require it to still be valid. Nowhere else have I ever had this issue.Staff seemed quite shady at this particular casino though. Disappointing as other Grosvenor Casinos have been great. First time here, never again.

It's not the same as it was years ago. Recently visited to find they have changed dining area and the presentation of the gaming floor. It felt very uninviting.They've also changed the food menu from a good selection of meals to a shortlist of food I would never eat. They got rid of the good size steak and replaced it with a tiny thing.Don't see me calling back in unless it's for gamble only

From the moment you arrive the staff make you feel welcome and if a first visit then very at ease. Before the fabulous refurbishment the staff made your visit. Now the surroundings match their welcome and attention. The bar and restaurant area look bright and trendy and you can look on at the gaming tables being worked by slick professionals or catch some sport on the TV, both of which are subtle so you could just enjoy a drink in peace. The new menu looks delicious and will be returning soon to sample... and to enjoy another fun little flutter at the tables! A right little gem of a olace in China Town!
