Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester

It’s gone down hill.Took the kids as they loved it last time we came. Not sure what’s happened but the place has gone down hill quickly. We waited over 20 mins to place a drinks order, food arrived well over 45 mins after we’d ordered. The biggest disappointment was the standard of hygiene. All the urinals in the gents were out of order. Only one working toilet and it was sprayed with urine. It stank. Told a member of staff in the bar area and they weren’t remotely interested. Real let down. Only good points…the food was decent and the waiting staff were friendly. The management need to do some serious work to get the standards back up.

We went to the Rock cafe for the 1st time it was brilliant great service friendly staff. My kids had brill time. I noticed the bottom part of the restaurant drinks and the upper part had food. I orderd 2 kids meals their was so yummy kids loved them and so cool on guitar plates. They have colouring packs to keep.the kids entertained and was looked after by carl kept checking in making sure all was ok 👍🤩 my kids enjoyed the food. The cocktails look amazing and so tasty on the menu. It was nice watching all the rock bands on tv and the beautiful guitars on the wall played by many famous guitar Artists. Im.definatley comimg bk and would reccomed anyone to go this amazing restaurant 😋 😍

Short but great visit, especially for music fans! Some fantastic memorabilia on the walls. Great service and good selection of drinks.

Very good .. staff professional and friendly... masks were worn by all the staff .. table service had a great meal .

Really nice venue. Cheap drinks at Happy hour however lack of space for those who just want to drink. About 6 tables I think unless you sit at the bar. Could do with more seating. There's also a rock shop too. I didn't go in this as was only there for 2 drinks for my birthday. Staff seem friendly. I'd love to open up my own hard Rock cafe someday!! Music was great. Seat comfort about 7/10.Serves alcohol and soft drinks, and the hot chocolate is amazing!!

Make sure to book ahead if your planning to go on a weekend as it'll be busy. The food is great quality and I would recommend this to anyone. If you have kids or are on a date night I'd suggest the treetop mini golf after for some post food fun

Four of us visited in a monday afternoon. We all had a cocktail and i can definitely recommend the long island iced tea. This bar is amazing... Five stars....🙂🙂🙂

Always a great time at Hard Rock.. staff are great. Our server Luis was amazing. Very attentive, very knowledgeable and we had an amazing time as always ☺️ picture of chicken wings with the ultimate blue cheese dip and some healthy stuff 😅 that's one portion by the way! For big appetites a good size starter, but for smaller appetites, easily a sharer. Had one of their famous burgers (the Big Cheeseburger). Basically a house burger with 3 cheese slices on it & loads of chips. Plenty to choose from on the menu. Burgers steaks salmon salads etc. We sat upstairs only because we are people watchers and it great for that haha... But it's also a lot quieter up there. Good to be back at Hard Rock finally... Thanks guys 👍
