I absolutely love Cupp and I’m so happy there’s a store in Manchester! The drinks are refreshing and taste incredible. There’s also a good range of drinks to choose from so I’m always spoilt for choice. The staff are also very friendly and helpful :)

Over priced, need stronger taste, straws are terrible, hardly any brown sugar, add less ice and make sure the milk is 100% organic.Gong cha is 100 times better. Make it moneys worth.

My new go to for Bubble Tea, definitely recommend the brown sugar premium best I've ever had and the mango fruit tea is so refreshing! Staff are super friendly and welcoming too. Must try if in Manchester ! Love it!

went there for the opening today and they had 50% discount on the drinks. waited quite a bit for the drinks to be ready but it’s totally understandable considering the amount of people present. we tried the matcharo (matcha + taro), toffee popcorn milk tea, brown sugar milk tea. i can taste the fragrance of both matcha and taro which is good, so i highly recommend this! the flavours of the brown sugar milk tea and the toffee popcorn milk tea were nice! but the tea taste in both milk teas were quite weak so it just made the drinks tasting kind of watered down.would go again in the future and hopefully taste stronger tea :)

What an amazing experience. I had to go out of my way and review this place. First, the smiling service. It was truly a delight being there and happily guided through the menu. 2nd, the Bubble tea we all had (Me, and the kids) was spot on.. We shall be back. Thank you.

Ordered through Uber eats and called up to see why the long wait time , driver didn’t show up so one of the staff came and personally drove over to deliver my order. Exceptional service.Ordered a premium brown sugar milk tea, tasted a 4/5, would probably be a 5/5 with less ice.Definitely will order again :)
