KFC in Manchester

This particular branch of kfc is halal - although I'd liked if this take-away place would have put a sign - I had to search on internet before ordering.The service was quick - the boxes were beautiful and the corn are packeted as candies.

Worst ever experience from a kfc, food was cold.. doesn’t tastes like kfc.

I ordered through the app, and took an age to arrive. Then they forgot my gravy!!! 😡

Although the food, as ever is very tasty, the customer service isn't as good - OK at best, usually polite, but often indifferent. If you buy food with a dip - always check before leaving, as very often they don't put it in the bag / "forget" to do so - and when you ask for it, the response is frequently a tired & blase one.

The place itself its ok but must say their food its not really that filling at all expect to buy more food from there and still come out hungry after you finish it won't be returning to kfc again sorry

Waited in the queue for 20 mins and there was only 2 people in front of us, staff too busy chatting and wandering about clearly not bothered that a very long queue was forming, no iced tea, gravy cold, no napkins, 1 piece of chicken very dry and not edible.

Had a fillet tower large box meal. Woman who took my order was talking to her mate while I ordered, forgot my drink order, then spoke to me like it was my fault when having to repeat myself. Ordered arrived with two minutes. It was dry and bland, obviously been made hours before and kept warm. Avoid

Everytime this store gets the order wrong and then really make you feel like you shouldn't say anything. I'm sure when you order and pay that gives me the right to raise an issue. I believe someone should invest time in the team for people skills training & maybe they will start to see it from a paying customers view.

Service here is much quicker than the other places and the food is gooood 👍

Fries are good (better than they used to be), the chicken still isn't great and drinks aren't overpriced. Would go back, but wouldn't be my first choice over McDonald's or Burger King.
