I don't know what all the other reviews were on about, so far I think this place is great.Ordered for first time today, ordered 2 chicken chow meins and some sweet and sour chicken balls. With this there was an offer for 10 free mini spring rolls so we put those in the basket too.Came within the hour, driver was friendly so that was nice. When we opened the bag we had 2 free fortune cookies and a free bag of prawn crackers too!All the food was really tasty and piping hot, sizable portions and we left notes on the chow mein too, which they followed.All in all we are super happy and will be coming back here in the future!

Wow this palace is a joke , it's says 4.4 on Uber eats on it's review , I ordered the shezwan mixed dish with Sault and pepper chips prawn toest and coke , the dish was bad from the start , really bad wishy washy meat dish that's smelled funny and the meets were mushy , the chips were not Sault and pepper and I got diet coke instead of normal , when I try to review it won't let me , there frauding the review system so it's looks like there higer than the are , my order was 23 pounds , a Chinese these days is so expensive never again stay away 🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Very poor service, manager just seemed more bothered about ‘saving money’ which were his words, instead of accommodating his customers dietary requirements . Very unprofessional

I'm really sorry but we've just ordered and overall the order was really poor. Salt and pepper dishes were not great, noodles were dry and beer was severely overdone.The main issue is finding a chickens leg, deep fried, once opened up, it looked like tendon inside.Ate up to that point which wasn't much but not been touched since.Really not good enough as a business in terms of food or quality control.

DO NOT order from here. The rice was disgusting, how can fried rice be wet?? The meat inside looked green. Didn’t even touch it. The chili beef was too crispy, couldn’t even taste the beef. The only decent thing was the chips, but you can’t really mess up chips . Overall disappointing experience, and waste of money

Salt and pepper chips more like soggy tomato chips, no peppers in sight. Tasted as if the chips were seasoned in sugar. Would not recommend this chippy at all and for the cheek the prices are unjustifiable especially for the quality of their food that they sell.

I don't see why this restaurant has such low ratings, ordered on UberEats and the food was great. Had an issue with delivery, which was not the fault of the restaurant, and the restaurant was incredibly friendly and helped contact the driver. Food was still piping hot and incredibly tasty, good value as well.

A terrible place. Two of us ordered vegatable spring rolls and both got meat in them. One persons egg fried rice wasn't fried, more like boiled rice with egg added after and also after telling the driver to call and not knock, he still rings the bell. May as well just close down. Garbage place. Either read the order or dont serve it. 1 star and only because 0 doesn't exist. I won't be ordering from here ever again. ORDER FROM DOUBLE DRAGoN IF YOU WANT BETTER FOOD, ITS WORTH THE EXTRA CHARGE!!!!
