McDonald's in Manchester

Unbelievable tasty food, I choose new Italian burger and it was amazing. Stuff are perfect they were so kind and cleaned after everyone ❤️

McDonald's is McDonald's by and large. The ordering system was slick, the service fast and the food up to standard. A staff member was acting oddly, tried to get me to do some sort of complicated survey thing in exchange for a free ice cream. I didn't do it. I'm sure I'll recover from losing the 99p I could have saved :)

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE. Felix the security guard violently pushed me out of the doorway which was witnessed by multiple groups of people outside. I reported to the manager who did not listen to my side and allowed him to shout at me repeatedly. He then proceeded to “check the CCTV” and concluded the security guard did not push me however this was not true. Poor management, professionalism from the team for allowing the staff to physically assault young girls.

Smoking in entrance. Cold fries and burgers. Over brewed tea but on the plus side it was hot.Toilets had napkins instead of toilet roll.My mcflurry arrived quickly afterwards though.

Slow, order often wrong, sometimes they just don't make your order and you have to go and remind them. Piccadilly is a much better Maccies.

Visited after a gig. Fast table service. Food was pretty good. 🍟

No parking and no drive through. Would of gone somewhere else if I had know. Managed to park on a nearby street so not too bad but it was 8pm mid week, could imagine the nightmare if it was daytime or the weekend. Should specify no parking and no drive through so visitors to the city can decide 8f it's worth trying to park

After a night out, we thought we should go into McDonald’s to get some food before ordering a taxi. Whilst we were in there, lots of other people also had the same idea. It was very busy but staff were so calm considering it was 3am.In particular, one member of staff called Hind had a smile on her face the whole time and was super friendly and helping customers. It would be good to see if McDonald’s take this feedback and give her the credit she definitely deserves.

Very busy inside as expected, the queue is quite long. Luckily there are several self service machines which helped order. Called in for a quick bite to eat very slow service and waited 25 minutes to be served. Then had to try and find some where to sit time we got are food it was nearly stone cold

Still shocked about our visit there never have I received such rude and poor customer service and I think poor is being kind. Partner stood waiting to pay for food and completely blanked her and started serving the guy behind her. When I asked can you get someone to serve my partner that was abit rude he completely blanked me so I said are you ignoring me and he said yes manners cost nothing should of said please. I’m sorry but why would I say please when your customer service was rude to begin with!! Utterly disgusting greasy burger I asked for extra pickles I got 1 but still put the label on… I’ll attach pictures. They throw the chips in bag again photos attached and then the woman passing the food over didn’t say a word and slammed the food down. Awful customer service the rudest staff I’ve ever come across not a way you should be treating your customers. Would not waste your time here.
