Mcdonalds in Manchester

One of the worst branches I’ve tried. Milkshake was some weird flavoured combo of banana, strawberry and chocolate (ordered chocolate) and it was watery. The chicken Big Tasty was basically two chicken nuggets in a bun with 64kg of lettuce stuffed in it. Scruffy place even by McD standards, wouldn’t go back.

I've been to this McDonalds several times. Had both very good and AWFUL experiences here. I watched a bouncer laugh at a guy getting beat up on New Year's Day, and the men's toilets are revolting! However, the service is quick and one member of staff was very helpful and kind to me.

This store is more a less 24 hours but there toilets are incredivly dirty. Theres been times ive gone in and asked the toilets to be cleaned and ive been told sorry no cleaner at the monent. If the store is 24 hours then they should have a cleaner on every shift. Then theres been times were ive cleaned the toilet my self so that i can use.

As an UBER rider I give one star because of the waiting time. All the times we have to wait so long sometimes half hour to get the delivery orders and this is not good for US and also the MC donald. That MCdonalds in Picaddily is very nice. They do the best service for us and we only wait 2mines or 3mines muximum 5mines and that's good for them and us.I hope that this MCdonald in Oxford road have some one exactly just service for the delivery guys as the one in Picaddily have.

Great service! Friendly staff! For some reason all napkin holders are covered in tape, and there is not enough bins at this restaurant.

Meh. Chicken selects are the size of nuggets now. Fries we 20% salt and drink was half ice so not sure hat good tbh

Very busy inside as expected, the queue is quite long. Luckily there are several self service machines which helped order. Called in for a quick bite to eat very slow service and waited 25 minutes to be served. Then had to try and find some where to sit time we got are food it was nearly stone cold

Open 24/7 but does close seating areas off at some points when not very busy. Security guard seems to be there a lot. Popular due to location, so there may be a little wait. Order via touchscreen stations or at the till

Not sure I can say anything nice about this place. Ok so it was busy. Food took a long time after ordering. And it was cold when we got it. Tasted awful. The woman who served us was clearly in a bad mood. The female toilets were discussing. Blood all over the toilet seat. And you could tell it had been there for hours 🤢🤮

Still shocked about our visit there never have I received such rude and poor customer service and I think poor is being kind. Partner stood waiting to pay for food and completely blanked her and started serving the guy behind her. When I asked can you get someone to serve my partner that was abit rude he completely blanked me so I said are you ignoring me and he said yes manners cost nothing should of said please. I’m sorry but why would I say please when your customer service was rude to begin with!! Utterly disgusting greasy burger I asked for extra pickles I got 1 but still put the label on… I’ll attach pictures. They throw the chips in bag again photos attached and then the woman passing the food over didn’t say a word and slammed the food down. Awful customer service the rudest staff I’ve ever come across not a way you should be treating your customers. Would not waste your time here.
