Mi Casa Burritos in Manchester

Okay if you are really in need of something to eat or drink while waiting in the airport lounge then you could try Mi Casa Burritos if the queue is not that long. The food is okay not great but it is edible and the staff could be a little bit more friendly. Being in the airport the prices were quite reasonable. The tables were clean as was the floor.

Do not waste your time. The service was acceptable however it is clear that the fella did not want to be there. 1. Stood waiting for 10 mins with no que. 2. I opted for the ultimate burrito which is two fillings, rice, salsa, beans, cheese and sour cream. Turns out i ordered a large but was the smallest burrito ive ever had.3. The fella was so skimpy on the toppings i got around 6 leaves of spinach (btw its lettuce or spinach not both). 4.Then i asked could i have a dollop of guacamole to be met by thats an additional £1.00 which is absurd. 5.I went to pay and was advised that he made me a large without asking me. 6. I then asked for a small bottle of water and was charged £2.10. It was not nice the rice was odd the chicken was odd and all in it was the worst burrito to date.

Bland and absolutely horrible customer service. She will ask you what you want in it beside just main filling and salad. Just chucks some mayo and wrap and give it to you. Nachos are so little and expensive. Spent 12.20 still hungry and will eat again. Very tiny burrito 🌯 with sh#* taste and more sh%*y attitude. Whne i said that's the only dip for nachos she replied if you don't want you cna return it.. Seriously? This rude Short girl managed to get this job to Deal with customers. I'm in a shock

We had a bacon and egg breakfast burrito and a sausage, egg and bacon breakfast roll, one of the worst things we've ever eaten for breakfast!. A sweaty egg and bacon wrap in tinfoil, when you bit into it, water just dropped out of the whole thing and it was absolutely tasteless. The breakfast roll, soggy white fat on the bacon, again, absolutely tasteless and definitely not cheap, what an awful experience. for.such a simple sandwich.

Poor quality, small size, expensive and lacking flavour. Plus they were out of pork, steak and medium sauce. Avoid!

Dreadful experience. No vegetarian filling was available and despite it only being mid afternoon, staff said that there wouldn’t be any more being cooked for customers that may order the same later in the day.As a paltry attempt at an apology, I was asked if I’d like the burrito without the filling (!) for 20% cheaper. Needless to say, I declined.Also, I noticed while I was waiting that staff cross contaminated vegetarian items (such as the spoon used to deliver cheese onto the burritos) by touching meat fillings with them.Interestingly, there doesn’t seem to be a way to raise these comments directly with the company, so here’s hoping they read their google reviews.

Worst example of airport catering and false advertising ever. They'd run out of rice, which the scruffy, belligerent staff neglected to inform at time of ordering a Naked Burrito... to be fair, after a few mouthfuls and realising something was missing, they agreed to give me what I'd ordered in a wrap for no extra charge. They'd also run out of guacamole and the beer I wanted. The beef did not taste like beef, the beans we reduced to sludgey, watery skid. POOR and not worth the over inflated cost. Never order from here!

Absolute slop. Tasteless filling other than salt. Wrap not cooked properly. Taste of raw flour. Asked for refund which was given without quibble but the drink I bought was not refunded. Poor customer service. Poor food. Such a shame that this is the last impression visitors to UK are left with. Really need to step up on quality and service.

Save yourself a disappointment- super long wait for an overpriced and poor quality meal. I had to watch the girl preparing burritos for 4 people who were behind me in a line (!!!) before anybody showed up at the cash desk and let me pay, so I could finally sit down and enjoy my cold burrito. They did not have guacamole (‘We’re out of guacamole’). How can a burrito place be out of guacamole???! This is a sad parody of a burrito bar :(

Didn't even get to the point of getting food. 2 people in front of me, 1st one ordered a burrito bowl. Took a full 10 minutes and they weren't even paying. The girl then spent 5 mins playing with the rice. Surely the management needs to speed their staff up. Never mind working hard but at least work
