Monolos Diner in Manchester

This time m not very impressed with the service n staff. Food took too long to get ready. My steaks with side orders all were packed in same box which was annoying as they all were mixed up by the time i reach home.Steak size was good n well cooked. Peppercorn sauce was too much salty, couldn't enjoy that...Instead of steamed/boiled vegetables i was given raw vegetables which was again a -ve side. Prices are high . £12.99 for each steak portion.Wings portion was good as usual .v yummy. U get 7 wings for £4.30 (prices have gone up).Parking at rear.Play area was closed ,why , i don't know :)We always preferred this place for budget prices with quality food but now i m expecting fewer trips to monolos. Sorry monolos... you r losing v regular customers :(

My favourite place to go for a steak. This place is loved by many of my family members and it’s a favourite of theirs too. The staff are extremely friendly and even though it has a play area for kids, I’ve never had a problem with that as it’s downstairs and there’s a separate eating area, too.The beef steak is hit and miss in my opinion but the lamb steak is always spot on.I never get asked how I like my steak but I just mention it myself and it gets cooked how I like it.

Great local venue for a meet up and catch up if you have kids as kids will remain occupied in the play area while you socialise. There were 8 of us and 8 kids the staff member who served us was very helpful. There is also a place to pray and parking at the back.

Fantastic place to go with kids on a bad weather day. Stuff little bit unprofessional and music too loud but overall great place

Food is spot on, lots of choices & options on the burgers.What let's this place down is the "free games" section of the play area. It's not free as they charge you £1 a go. Also the play area is worn out & ripped. The play area is really dirty (see pics) this place needs a deep clean. Hopefully the management see this & make changes.

Tastless and overpriced food. Menus are tatty and there is no wheelchair/pram accessible entrance. Restrooms are a joke, locks don't work and the place is falling apart. Would never return.

Brilliant concept for families with kids. Food very good too. Was shocked with quality of food. Was expecting basic frozen food fried up like other soft play centres but exceptionally fresh, quality food and good portion sizes tooPriced fairly for quality of food. Salt n pepper chicken steak highly recommended.Got soft play area for kids too and £1 amusement. Don't forget your £1 coins!!!Kids were extremely happy and so were we. After years a meal with just 2 of us! Well for a few moments!!Date night without the need of a babysitter!!Parking a bit tricky but side streets has plenty parking.

As the stars reflect. Its OK. The food is standard, would NOT recommend the steaks, desserts are good. Staff are nice but young and some do not know the basics of customer service. They have a great location and good kids facilities is why they're busy. Recommendations for the owners. Improve the quality of your food and service and you will have a great business.
