Number 1 Chinese Buffet in Manchester

Where to begin, I arrived with my Sister for a pre-birthday present. The owner was amazing letting us know how everything works. Early on in the meal a power cut hit and this happened multiple times during our stay. We had to move tables 3 times however this was honestly no trouble through no fault of the restaurant. The staff in particular the owner was very apologetic however we saw the humour around the whole situation. The staff were impeccable, I often enjoy eating in new restaurant's however I have to say they as a group are second to none. Not too intrusive however always there when you need something! The Food was amazing, beautiful authentic Chinese cuisine which made our first Hotpot experience such a memorable one. I'm looking to come again to the Chinese bbq in the not too distant future and I can't wait.

It is the second time we have been here and we had a wonderful experience on valentines day. Thank you to all the staff! Food was delicious!

I attended the hot pot part.Concept is great, very fun... however...Very disappointed with pricing. When it came to the bill we were charged a different rate to what was in the menus on the table. When we challenged we were told the correct pricing is on the QR code accessible menu not the menus left on the tables?!?I found this very shady. No one explained to us that their menus have out of date pricing. It felt like a con. It can't cost that much to reprint menus or stick a label over them to change prices. Not sure I'd return after this experience.The mark up on a lot of the vegetable plates etc is horrendous as well, a few plates priced off the conveyor probably pays for majority of the vegetables served.

I went here for a 50th birthday. I made an online booking over a week before the date. When we arrived they didn't have my booking. Nevertheless they were happy to accommodate us. We had to sit across 2 tables as we were a group of 7. Once the bigger table became available we were moved which was nice. It was a big confusing on how to order and how much to order. The waiter wasn't very helpful either. But overall we had a great experience once we ordered and got our food. I would say that there wasn't a lot of space for the food for the grill and the cooked food that came. It would be better if there was a separate little table to put some of the dishes.

absolutely delicious hot pot!!!! so much choice and excellent friendly and attentive service. have been several times now and it’s always a tasty treat

Loved this place, took 8 of us for my wife's birthday, everyone said how nice it was, had food envy though seeing a massive shellfish platter being eaten on the table next to us. We will try this as booked.in again for my birthday in a couple weeks. Can't wait.

I have been for the BBQ at One Plus twice now and would come back to Manchester solely for the food there! The meat is honestly incredible and the steamed buns with condensed milk are to die for! One Plus has to be one of the best Chinese restaurants in Manchester!!

Came here on Tuesday and had a brilliant experience. The service was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere of the restaurant is warm and inviting and the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Delicious and super generous with portions! Very welcoming and accommodating staff. With a changing menu every week I know I'll be visiting again to try new things!As a veggie I was worried about the options I had. However, the vegetable noodles and tofu side dish was so amazing I had to take some home with me.

Went to the noodle bar downstairs and had a super tasty beef brisket with chilli oil. So good! And the portion was massive, so I had to take some home with me and had a great lunch the following day. Very good value. Also the staff were very nice and accomodating.They do have a couple vegan options, but they also said they could make other dishes vegan. Worth a try.I will definitely be back!
