Excellent airport restaurant. Service quick, friendly and professional. We had fish&chips which came freshly cooked and very tasty. All staff were amazing. Very unusual for a UK airport! Well done and thank you 😊

I had high expectations for this restaurant given that it's associated with Radisson. I found my main course (cod) to be mediocre and failed to meet my expectations. The ambiance of the restaurant and the cheesecake saved this place from getting a 1-star review. Overall, I was really disappointed with my dining experience here but I'm still willing to give this place a second chance.

I actually opted to have food here purely out of practical reasons but was pleasantly surprised by the setting, the staff and the quality of the food.Since I absolutely hate what Manchester Airport is becoming, I opted to pick my mum up from the Radisson Blu hotel instead of the actual terminal parking/pick-up.Top Tip... if you are picking someone up from Terminal 1 or 2, ask them to walk to the Radisson Blu via the covered walkway. The cost for parking is similar to the terminal parking and if you spend more than £20 at the Bar or Collage Restaurant you get up to 3 hours of parking free of charge.Since my pick-up time coincided with dinner time we decided we could as well have some food at the restaurant and we were very glad we did.We were in time for the early-bird menu and took advantage of this offer which actually was excellent. I really enjoyed the mussels in white wine starter and the salmon main was equally good (portion sizes were decent). Staff were very pleasant and the setting is actually very nice.Overall I found it to be excellent value for the location and comfort of this alternative pick-up spot.

Terrible service. We had drinks in bar while waiting for a table so didn't want drink when we got a table asked for water. Ended up having to help ourselves to water as none was served. I had to ask for cutlery. Poor service. Entree was king prawns they looked a little pitiful and only with only a big slab of bread for company. The mains were surprisingly quite nice but not overly large, although no one asked how our meals were. We were charged 10 % vat and 10% service fee or tip which I thought was a bit much because the service was poor.

Friendly staff. Newly created food menu. Burger was good. We did have an issue with one menu item but this was resolved promptly and efficiently by Lauren.

Very average food and definitely not value for money. The only problem is that if you stay at the hotel, you dont really have any alternative options, so bad luck. Thats what Radisson Blu thinks as well!

1 hour waiting for lamb Is really too much. Not to mention that it was very hard to chew that meat. Total disaster.Worst Ra disson restourant and i have been in many of them.

Just a few more years and the chef should finally qualify for chefs school ?? What a disappointment, we started the evening ordering a rock shandy for my wife, from the waitress to the barman had no clue what it was ?? Really ? Even putting together the ingredients so I could help them through their dire lack of knowledge was a challenge ! Or perhaps it was just because no one could actually speak English ( ... in England WOW I expect better from a English hotel ). Then I ordered a soup starter, that never arrived ? Roast chicken main and rib-eye steak, the steak served with a roasted garlic and grilled mushroom side ( well it was simply ONE slightly warmed mushroom and a half a raw tomato with a sprinkle of thyme OMG !!!) the chicken was definitely fresh as it still had the feather rachis attached 👍🏻 ....But not to worry any complaints will be met with cold discontent and ABSOLUTELY zero apology or attempt to to rectify the error. So it should be assumed this is no error at all but an acceptable norm for them .... sad but true. And just in case you thinking maybe it was perhaps a particular dish or our table .....The 2 burgers served to the table next to us met the same standard as the stale 2 month old buns crumbled away to reveal questionable beef patties ??So if you ever in Manchester my advice is avoid eating at the Radison Blu at all costs !! Awful, awful, awful.
