Food was delicious and the best tapas I've had in Manchester recently. Recommendations were well received and portions plentiful. Excellent bottle of rioja to accompany our dinner. Music was turned down on request and as evening rush arrived there was great atmosphere.

Great food and lots of choice! Staff were attentive and lots of variety in sangrias was fun! Wish the food came out all together though, we were told to start our food even though we were waiting for other dishes.

Lovely little independent restaurant in one of our favourite areas to spend a night out. Admittedly has seemed a bit on the quiet side in recent visits but still a great place to start (or end) an evening.

It is a good restaurant with nice selection of tapas. I liked the seafood tapas. The only slight criticism I have is that it is, maybe, too pricey for the tapas portions.

Had a great night here, perfect tapas and good gon cocktails. Was very busy on a Saturday night so recommend booking ahead.

I went yesterday night to Pintxos to try some "Pintxos and Tapas", as a Spaniard I was very disappointed, I love pintxos in Spain, They are typical from the north area where you can find around 30 different types of pintxos, in this restaurant they just had 2 types of pintxos! We had patatas bravas, that tapa was fine. But never order a seafood paella, is my favourite dish, and it was the worst I had in my life, totally bland. I must say we maybe ordered the wrong food, but even the staff did not ask me if everything was fine...So I could not express my opinion in the restaurant. I had the impression they were rushing to leave the table free, when they even did not have people waiting, The staff even took out the plate from the table when we still had not finish. I do not think I will go back. The best thing I had was the pint of Estrella. After Pintxos we were hungry so we went to have a dinner to Proove (Italian) and we loved it!

The food was really good and we got it on the £4 per dish deal. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because there wasn't much of an atmosphere. We were there on a Wednesday evening, it probably picks up at the weekend.

I went to pinchjo's on a nice sunny evening and sat outside, I was really impressed with the food. There was two of us and we ordered 6 dishes plus some bread, to be honest we could have ordered less. The portions are generous. The salads were amazing, especially the cabbage, carrot chili and coriander, even the side salad of pomegranate with breaded feta was good - both were very refreshing and full of flavour.Overall - friendly service, good atmosphere and tasty food.Worth visiting before 7 to save on costs!

We arrived at Pinchjo's on a Thursday night and there was a buzz about the place. All the tables were full so we ended up sitting at the bar, which wasn't a problem for us as it added to the authenticity of the España experience. As far as tapas in Manchester goes, this is pretty close to the real deal. While the restaurant doesn't have some of the old charm that you'd find in Spain (e.g. reems of of serano ham hanging from the walls), it does execute a modern feeling tapas bar very well.I'd suggest asking the owner for advice on the menu and trying a few things you might not otherwise order. He was helpful throughout and also gave me a free beer at the end of the night, cheers! There's also a special beer at this place for £10 for a pint - I didn't get chance to ask what it was all about, but it's something you won't pick up in ASDA if your looking to try something new and expensive. This one off item doesn't reflect the prices in general here though, overall I'd say was good value for money.

So delicious just had a meal here. The chickpeas were so delicious! Everything we ordered was just delicious. Make sure you put your napkin on your lap because it will get messy. Proper mixed tapas dishes so you can all share. Really social, great for parties of any size.
