Kids enjoyed there pizza meal. Great customer service .loved the ice cream factory. Unlimited fizzy drinks

I was happy with two boys today. All staffs were nice. Pizza, strong recommend.

Very friendly staff especially the main gentleman who was very helpful and friendly on Monday feb 14th morning, amazing customer service, because of warm people like him you want to come back! Even though food is not so tasty, lacking salt and spicies

Unpleasant experience when I bought for take away. Rudely they questioning the food I brought from outside without asking whether I'd like to dine in or not.And not gelpful when I asked for information about some menu.Plain taste..Either the services or the taste are not similar with the ones in my country..Overpriced considering those quality of services & food.Won't go there again..

i usually come to this pizza hut for the cookie dough dessert (absolute fave). customer service is as always; outstanding, very informative, helpful and straight to the point. staff members are so polite and im never waiting long for the food, even when the environment is clearly busy. moreover, food tastes great and im thankful for the consecutive nice experiences.

I don't normally write reviews (good or bad) but feel compelled to in this instance.I visited this restaurant on a Saturday for lunch with my 4 and 2 year old children.I wanted to order orange juice for them and only apple juice showed up as an option on their online ordering system. One of the servers explained that orange juice wasn't available that day due to supply issues (understandable) so the only option was apple juice - I therefore ordered two apple juices (as part of two "Big Boss" deals).However, it turned out that apple juice was not available either. We were delivered two empty cups for the kids, after ten minutes or so of waiting I enquired with the manager, who explained that apple juice wasn't available and therefore not an option on the online ordering (which it was, of course, because I managed to order it). He then suggested I get cordial or soft drink from the machine to give to my kids (I understand other parents give their kids cordial/soft drink which is totally fine, but my personal preference is not to) - so I politely requested a refund on principle for the beverage component of their "Big Boss" (kids) meals. I can't remember the amount, it was of course a small amount, maybe 1-2 pounds but he scoffed and said 'what, you want me to refund x pounds to you?' to which I confirmed yes.Some 15 minutes later when he was walking past I asked very politely if he could process the refund when he had a spare moment to which he replied "I've already done it in the office upstairs, you should get the refund in a few days" (to my credit card). I never received it.Totally atrocious service by the manager. Thankfully one of the servers was really friendly (neither staff members' names I can remember) and he partly made up for a very negative experience, hence the 2 stars.On a separate note, the food was horrible and of terrible value. The photo here is of a "Pepporoni Feast" pizza, described on the menu as "Pepperoni, pepperoni, and more pepperoni". I think there was on average one 1mm thick slice of pepperoni per triangle of pizza, i.e. about 6mm of pepperoni for the entire 9" pizza! For your information if you order this pizza individually with the salad bar it will set you back £11.79.Do NOT spend your money at this establishment. They don't deserve your business!!!

Most Pizza Huts have very good customer service, and the staff here were exceptionally polite and kept everyone safe (in terms of following Covid-19 restrictions). They were not only amazing for me and my boyfriend, but gave exceptional service to other customers at the restaurant. We were quite particular customers but they fulfilled every request. Food was hot, delicious and presented really well. I haven't had such a good restaurant experience in a really long time

This particular pizza hut provided a great meal in the middle of the day. Plenty of seating including spaces left for social distancing. The manager himself showed us to our seats and showed good attention to covid rules and regulations. All staff on the job were pleasant and helped us with any requests and refills of drinks.

What a fantastic Pizza Hut this place is. I came with my partner as a bit of fun because 'the salad bar is back' (and we both remembered it years ago. And wow, we loved it. Great service from a really friendly and happy team. The place was really clean, the food arrived quickly and tasted great - it was just a great experience. Loved it.

My wife and I went for Afternoon lunch at corporation street pizza hut and the staff wereOutstanding and so helpful with explaining the Covid19 rules and trying to sort out ordering food off my phone as I was finding it hard to follow. They are all a credit to your company and would recommend this restaurant to any of our family and friends
