Decent and efficient brand of one of the largest coffee and takeaway chains in UK.Good service and facilities were clean. Conveniently located in center of Manchester.

Very friendly staff (especially Victoria! Remembers my order and is always very polite), delicious coffee and good food. It can get very busy at lunch but the staff do handle it well.

The location is fantastic. They should improve the seating though. For some reason, they stop making frappes at 4! It can be disappointing 😞

The new staff probably from few months have been excellent. They have compled me enough to change my review from 1 to 5 stars and they really deserve it. Staff is very polite,always smiling and happy to help always. Kudos to team🎉🎉

Really nice food and drinks, reasonably priced and quick service. Very good subscription programme. Can get loud and busy around rush times but otherwise just a steady flow of people. Usually free seating avaliable.

This store has the friendliest staff I think I have ever meet in a pret the mgr has done well there . There range here is absolutely great. I highly the mango pineapple smoothie . Also get the subscription this is a deal and a half and great tasting coffee and drink available and the sandwiches amazing good job to the staff here

Oh my god I love this place the variety of food for someone like me who has to have halal is amazing because I can eat the veg or fish option and I just LOVE the variety they have and the quality. Yummmmmmmy. Also their pastries are absolutely delicious deffo recommend the almond croissant.

Great place to start your busy day if in the Piccadilly area. I came here as my first choice is usually Costa, but I can here as the Costa place looked a bit untidier, smaller and larger queues, so now I prefer coming here. The quality of the food is better, although the coffee is not as good as Costa or Starbucks. The porridge is first class !! Two entrances with wheelchair access. I recommend coming here.
