Worst Dining experience ever. Waited 30 mins to be seated. Menu cards tatty and sticky to touch. Food came 1hr 30 mins late. They are obsessed with pouring curly fries on dishes There was a spider at the bottom of my friends drink straw. Upon telling the manager of the spider he was rude and unapologetic. When food arrived the appearance was sloppy. They forgot to give us cutlery. The waiter was extremely rude and mocked my father when he advised them to not take on more customers as they were obviously short staffed and struggling. We still paid in full for the food. Upon leaving I warned people coming inside upon which the manager started shouting abuse to leave and never come back. I won't be going back. There was one waiter with a shirt which said thrasher on it who was trying to do his best under his awful manager and working environment. Terrible. DO NOT GO.

Bad customer service! Delayed food by over an hour. Food was 3/10 and that's generous. Majority of the table left food behind. Can't handle a big group, considering it was the only group in the whole restaurant. Mentions they don't take card payments when you're half way through your meal. Had to leave to find an ATM which was 20 mins away!

Went there fof dinner last weekend. The waitress was really friendly she took our order for drink but if took ages should bring any water or snacks before the food came . Strawberry Basil drink was good though.Food was good but the pot she brought the tortillas in was not something you bring on a table of a restaurant. It was covered with dust and flour . Restaurant was nice and clean

Came to Salt & Pepper on my daughters birthday 7/5/17 it was empty apart from us 6 adults 2 children. The waitress took our order for drinks then took ages to bring them! She was the only one there.I couldn't believe the prices on the menu £10:99 for nacho's! The chicken boneless wings were tasteless, the boned chicken wings were semi raw, the potato skins came with no sour cream. They had no coconut milk for pina colada mocktail. The waitress was miserable & didn't care when we complained. They had music on repeat that was on a large screen.We sent back my daughter's mains which was 3 burgers which were raw in the middle. The chicken steak was over cooked & hard, we were send fries seperately before the mains, which were left to go cold.Everything was very slow to come out like they couldn't be bothred, all the time we were there no one came.The waitress informed us that the manager was sat in the corner with his lawyer discussing selling the business which he clearly can't run. (We actually called him over & he was rude arrogant & obnoxious & didn't care that my daughter didn't eat properly & it ruined her birthday.) After his appaling attitude, the service & the terrible bland food, we left very upset & dissapointed. He clearly has no idea or respect or lack of understanding of how to treat customers or run a business. I have read other reviews about how he couldn't care less. DO NOT COME HERE it is a waste of time & so over priced. I hope it gets sold Asap!!

Went to the restaurant after a few months. On previous visits we always had a nice experience with the pina coladas and mignon steaks however, today was different. The pina coladas were awful and the steak was more pink than a baby's bum, even though medium well done was what we requested and we had mash that looked like cement. Food poisoning wasn't on my agenda tonight! When we asked to speak to the manager, the Chef stepped out of the back to play the manager and we got told we have to pay for all of our food. We paid for our starters and mocktails ONLY and left hungry and disappointed. Standards here have dropped. The owners clearly aren't turning tables, no wonder the place is empty. Only pleasant experience of this visit was Sam the drink maker.

Me and my wife had a Grilled chicken steak and a chicken burger with curly fries and sprinkle of cheese. I wanted to write this review months ago but just never got around to it. The food at Salt and Pepper is amazing. My wife had been before but it was my first trip. The food was fab. We went during the day so it was nice and quite. The lady that served us.. Don't know her name but she was amazing!!! nothing was too much and she really made us feel welcome! I would deffo come back. Thank you!!! x x x x oh yeah we also had some Mango milkshake and a strawberry milk shake.. I preffered the strawberry one.. it was delicious!

Came here from quite far! Came in and waited for a little, we didn't know if a staff would come to us but they did and they welcomed us and told us they were short on staff which was understandable. After a few minutes of waiting we got our food and were very impressed with the design and it looked very appealing. It had food that tasted truly amazing! It had the Zack Knight bangers! Would come here again and would recommend to anyone.

Very overpriced below standard food with unhelpful staff but with a nice atmosphere. Overall I would not recommend this place for food due to lack of quality.

Worst place ever! The service is horrible, got orders wrong, bringing wrong drinks and then telling us they dont have the drink we originally ordered. Dont get me started on the wait time. It wasnt even busy. I dont even want to find out And the food. Bland, the chicken tasted off. Nothing seemed fresh. Overpriced dishes. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Please just save yourself and go elsewhere.Not touched my food cus it tasted horrible. Staff took it back but the boss refused to let me order something else because apparantly my fork touched the food. The guys got a stick up his ass. I would recommend never going, lets not talk about my last experience there sat down ordered our food and drink to then be told that the card machine is not working and we would need go to the local cash machine to withdraw money, i went on my way looking for a cash machine and didnt return. Rant over! Going home hungry.
