Sanskruti Restaurant in Manchester

On arrival the wonderful smell of spices greets you. Beautiful meal. Food excellent. Staff very helpful and kind. For a Tuesday night very busy with lovely atmosphere. Produced a surprise birthday cake, complete with candle for my sister, total surprise. Lovely evening spent here at Sanskruti. Recommend and I will be visiting again very soon.

Beautiful vegan food, friendly staff and overall very reasonably priced. There is also a wide variety of options to pick from and good portion sizes. One of my favourite restaurants and can't wait to return!

We came here mainly for the Thali however they didnt serve it for the day we went. We were gutted!! However since we were there the food we ordered was decent, decent prices and the naan was lovely and crisp. I really enjoyed the papri chaat but i guess i always enjoy that dish. The tikka paneer was decent however the dosa did lack some flavours. The butter kofte we had were decent.The atmosphere was awesome. I would come again once in a while.

The place is great for a change but not a place to visit every other time. I visited the restaurant during the late hours of the evening and I guess that is a perfect time as well because that is the time when you will have the opportunity to feel their adorable light decoration while having your food. The service wasn't that bad but felt forced (indirectly) while they asked many times about the drinks. I would recommend their Mango lassi and Baby Corn Manchurian. Also, please avoid Tandoori soya tikka and Bread Basket (mainly Thepla and Roti) as it's a waste of money. They served 'Thepla' which is a part of the breadbasket, without any pickle or chutney. Rather than having a Basket, it's better to order 2 naan bread separately.In conclusion, Sanskruti is a figure among cyphers. Being an 'Indian restaurant', they might not like the 'Indian customers' much but when you visited the place while having the expectations of authentic Indian taste, this place is a little bit overrated and therefore overpriced (£3 for a 200ml diet coke + additional 10% service charge on the top of everything 😂) as well.PS:- Ask your customers or let them be aware of the additional 10% charges otherwise they felt looted.

Compact restaurant, not bad if it wasn't for Covid. That said, the all-vegetarian menu is quite extensive and varied, prices are mid-range. The food was excellent, very tasty. I rate this place very highly as does my partner. You've got to try this restaurant, if you haven't already.

Great experience, friendly staff and very tasty food! Prices were very fair too. The ambience and decor was very nice and definitely would recommend a visit!

This is my second time going in about 2-3 years but both times have been 10/10. I’m gobsmacked. The atmosphere, customer service and food was all spot on. Unreal how tasty the dishes are. My favourites are for starters : pani puri, papdi chaat and masala chips. Then for mains, kadai paneer WOW, mushroom masala too. The paneer was the most softest ever. I loved it. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.

Still one of the best restaurants in Manchester. I haven't been for years unfortunately, so it was a great surprise to find it has reopened and refurbished beautifully, and to find such nice waiting staff still there. Food is delicious as always. Amazing value. I recommend 100% and hope I can go more often

Excellent Indian vegetarian food, plenty to choose from, reasonably priced , good ambiance and friendly service. Overall a very good experience

Wow.Vegetarian and vegan, with gluten free options. Taste is not compromised at all. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and full of flavour. I'd recommend the tandoori paneer. Staff were warm, welcoming and helpful. Best meal I've eaten out in a long time.
