Had a very fun night for 5 quid, good music and not too crammed

Upstairs peaked about 7 years ago when they used to just do soup and sandwich. Downstairs peaked prior to club being rearranged, removing the stage and placing the DJ booth next to the exit, rendering half the club unusable. Still good.

Came here for a bite to eat and a drink. Very busy filled with students. Sat in the window and enjoyed a couple gins and some flatbreads and sides. Very tasty. Guy behind the bar was helpful and polite.

Been to the basement venue a few times, one of my favourites in Manc. but decided to try upstairs for some soup and drinks, excellent service, great chill atmosphere and music, the soup was divine and reasonably priced. Highly recommend. 💕

Great venue and great music however the bouncers were throwing their weight around and shouting at people, unprovoked. Came here for the music, not to be squared up to by a load of ugly wifebeaters. Threw the night off a bit.

Friendly staff. Chilled out vibe. Clean. Not a massive selection of drinks but most have been thought about and don't just follow mainstream trends. Good place to start a Saturday night at.

Classic Northern Quarter eatery. As it says on the tin, great soup. Great for vegans and veggies. But some for animal eaters too! Good selection of beers, very friendly staff. Canteen style seating, DJ booth and a decent sound system. Soup & a sandwich meal deal, and good prices on alcohol. What’s not too like 😉

Really chilled and alternative vibe in here. Very nice selection of ales/craft/ everything else! Very tasty food. Reasonable for the city centre. Middle of the Northern quarter. Friendly staff!!
