Ive never been one to complain about food but this is absolutely disgusting. This food was left untouched and I had to throw everything in the bin as the food was raw and uncooked. It was so disgusting and the smell was atrocious. I ordered chow mien noodles and they gave me this! The chips were undercooked and the rice tasted like plastic. I threw everything in the bin after one bite because I would've got food poisoning if I didn't. I am disgusted with this restaurant I don't understand how they are on just eat.

Dont waste your money. This restaurant is a mess and they wont take responsibility for it. Food is not what they say it is, orders come wrong and the customer is blamed. You are better off going somewhere else.

They get your order wrong, and not all of it turns up. When you ring, they won't correct anything. Don't waste your money here. Really bad experience.

Food never came even though they said it had been delivered. Tried for nearly an hour straight to ring through to the restaurant with no one picking up. Extremely upset and disappointed and would not recommend to anyone to order from here unless you want to be robbed

Absolutely disgusting, could hardly eat any of it. They should not advertise that they make Indian curries. The naan was not cooked so we had to cook it ourselves after which it still just tasted like flour. Every other dish was unrecognizable from what is regarded as an Indian dish. Saag paneer was just oil and tinned spinnach, Tarka Dhal just tasteless whole under cooked chickpeas. What should you take away from this? Do NOT go to 'Spice Kitchens' for a curry, as the only spice they have ever consumed was from a crack pipe.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered a chicken tikka wrap with salad which was basically just lettuce, the chicken was vile and it also came with a free piece of broken plastic 🤮 chips were soggy and cold as well. Place needs shutting down especially after reading other reviews, just wish I had read them before ordering. NEVER AGAIN

Awful customer service and false advertisement.I ordered on justeat for myself and 3 friends, where delivery is free for orders over £15. My order came to £19.40 and when delievered the delivery man asked for £23.60. When I told the delivery man about the fact it should be free delivery he seemed to know nothing about it, therefore he rang his boss who then asked to speak to me so that he could hurl abuse to me over the phone. We just wanted our food so we payed the extra £4.20, to then open our food to realise the pizza was below basic and the chicken on the ‘chicken tikka’ kebab was burnt to a crisp. When we phoned spice kitchen again to complain about the poor quality of our overpriced - late delivered food , we were confronted with more abuse, telling us the reason our food was awful quality because we lived too far away from the takeaway. Would never recommend to anyone.

It was horrible. We received 3 pizzas with the bases not cooked and they tasted absolutely disgusting, however i offered the chance for them to explain themselves and instead received a rude telling off as to why we threw the pizzas away not considering we had to eat them first to then tell they were gross.I was utterly disappointed , denied a refund and wasn't apologized to either . Never seen worse customer service in my entire life and i will definitely NEVER come back .
