Usman provided poor customer service as well as a lack of communication. Why can't you shut the door at 19? They were closing at 20:00 but refusing to take orders at 19:20. When I added a cookie to the meal deal at the counter, he became irritated.I asked for a receipt after I paid, which he acknowledged and walked away from.Prasanys, on the other hand, was polite and accommodating. he handed me the receipt. They ran out Italian herbs bread and Prasany's offered other available options.The place was clean, there was a female staff was kept cleaning the table and floors. I forgot to get her name.

Great stop for quick bites. Subway is always my first option for quick sandwich. They made is on ur choice. Healthy stuff. Love cool staff. Really attentive n helpful. Nice n airy atmosphere. Just outside of Piccadilly Station mean u can grab a quick one n never miss ur train.

I go to Subway a lot. Possibly more than is good for me. They're all the same, which some people find comforting. I don't really mind. I go for the vegan meatballs, which are popular because they're nice, and I'm vegan. Staff have evidently been trained to ask, "Do you want me to change my gloves?" when you order vegan which is a nice touch but again, I don't really mind.
