Subway - Stockport Road in Manchester

I have the worse experience today at this subway in levenshulme. I order two chicken foot long sub and drinks for myself wife an daughter. I told the man who serve me, I told him I didn't want either of the sub toasted I only want the chicken warmed "he told me he did it". It wasn't till after we set off on our journey to find that he didn't warm the chicken it was horrible and after eating my daughter had bellyache and been sick from it. The drinks was the flattest I've ever drink it was a waste of money.! I will never ever shop at any subway ever again.!!

Very friendly and understanding workers who help guide you if you are ever stuck making a choice between the menu. The food is halal and tastes as good as ever with a large variety to choose from on terms of snacks and drinks along with the different subs. A personal recommendation from me.

Unprofessional staff and rude. Their food is not fresh 😕. And their cookies are always hard and nasty. I would have gave them 0 ⭐ but that was not an option.

Bread was obviously old. They had no crisps to make up for meal deal. Was asked 3 times to take a cookie instead cause they had a abundance of cookies on display. I did not want cookies. Why they didn’t inform me that they had no crisps at the start of my purchase? Anyway the worst part was an old bread. Bad management skills.

Ordered a meatball sub with all the sauces on it. Was absolutely delicious for launch

Got nachos and when it arrived it was just plain stale nachos, covered in salsa, which made the nachos soggy. There was barely any cheese. Just a soggy, subpar mess. How hard is it to make decent nachos? Maybe grill cheese on nachos first then put a dollop of salsa on top or in a tub on the side? Definitely daft putting salsa all over the nachos first. Waste of money, wish I took a picture so you could see how much of a dogs dinner it was. I have a feeling they were happy to serve this because it was for delivery not eat-in. Also when it was 'eat out to help out' they were on the government website as being part of the scheme but didn't offer it. This Subway used to be good. Gone downhill.

This is literally the only halal store that does the biy one get one free offer on valentine's day every year, and still they their location is not even on the app which means i cant even order i called but they just said they wont do the offer.I would've given them less than one star if i could

I've been in this store several times because I don't think it's necessarily fair to judge a place from one visit, but it's consistently been terrible service every single time.It's as if each staff member is on their first ever shift - they don't know anything about what's on the menu or where anything is kept behind the counter, they struggle to remember simple food orders, it takes 15 minutes to be served and then the sandwiches are made slow, every time I've been in there seems to have been different rules on what salad is allowed...If you want Subway it'd honestly be less hassle to just head into city centre for it.
