Subway Wilmslow Park in Manchester

Generally standard Subway experience and the staff were polite, although I felt perhaps they were little more sparing with the fillings than at other locations.

Worst customer service ever, the guy on the till was completely ignoring me, the lady who served me put a crazy amount of Siracha hot sauce, the sandwich became soaked in hot sauce and not edible. Unfortunately, Google review does not have minus star rating as zero star is not enough to describe how bad it was.

Umar was very helpful and kind he took extra care with me. Brilliant service with a smile! :)

So working in 4 Sunway stores myself I know how things should be conducted.Basically I ordered on deliveroo. As my order said being prepared for over half hour I called the store.For them to tell me they made it ages ago and there is no driver... Anyway the food should not be prepared until a driver is on the way to collect.So I asked them to remake it as it will be cold and soggy. They said yes that's fine.Well 1 hour and a half later I get my orderCold/stale/ bare in mind I ordered nachos I am very disappointed. It's just lazy and unfair.

This is the only Subway I can honestly say hates it's customers. Stingy, Rude, hectic and overall unpleasant. Never have I heard an employee of a Subway say to me "We can't put more of .......", "It is company policy we give/place a certain amount of ingredient in each sub". I always thought its the place you go to 'Male your own Sub', but apparently I am a 12 year old child told by mummy "you can't have more". Worst place to eat. Can't belive it is part of the SubWay Franchise.

I've been here 4-5 times and generally the staff are really friendly. Never had an issue with their stock/ how they prepped a sandwich. They've worked through the lockdown strangeness well and I'll deffo be going back!

Sandwich artist? Try scam artist. I asked for a specific meal deal which was advertised behind the til. They then charged me individually for each item. When I pointed this out they waffled for 10 minutes, then offered me a 25% discount, which turned out to be 50p of the £6.I have worked in retail for nearly 5 years and I’ve never seen something so shoddy.

Extremely rude staff member, disgusting customer service. Everything I asked for they didnt have (I was the only customer there) no jalapeños, no garlic bread, no meatballs, no sauces, couldnt make half the sandwiches. No apology from staff just completely rude and acted like id inconvenienced her by walking in the shop. Wont be back.

This subway staff is not trained ...they dont have manners to deal with customers..two times i went there a the staff is so rude specially a fatty girl there ..look like recist ..i was looking that that girl dealing with white people very gently and dealling with asian people is totally different ...request to asian people not go there it halall but still there many more halal restaurants are there...dont waste your money and time there

The food at Subway is largely average so it depends on fast service. The service here is very slow and disorganised which results in extremely long queues. Never been served in less than 20 minutes.
