Pretty good service, yummy food and lovely staff! During stricter lockdown rules they also politely asked people to wear masks or leave the store. Thank you for keeping all of us safe!

Ordered through Just Eat, order arrived on time but you could tell it was before closing. The sandwiches were poorly put together, order was completely mixed up with each other and items missing. We couldn't find the sauce but then we realized it was all over the box. Really unhappy with the service

Awful. I assume this Subway and the Burnage one have very lazy employees. They always give half my order and I have to claim my money back through the delivery company.

Well the guy serving had bad manners his attitude and customer service was shocking!!!Will never visit again was very slow questioned us eating in at 5:40 pm made us feel bad for choosing Turkey instead of ham on the bmt I feel violated and depressed after my trip to that shop swerve it at any cost please acknowledge this review and hand out some disciplinary action, as customer service is imperative in this industry.

Hahah!! This is a joke! My better half went and got me a footlong Italian BMT, what he comes home with is a crash of a sub! The sub wasn't even wrapped properly so the filling was falling out when I took it out of the bag, the bread was so stale it crumbled in my hand. Could not eat it at all. I did phone the branch to put a complaint in but the manager is away at the moment. The young man I spoke to was really nice and even offered to drop a new sub at my home when he finished work, but sorry I don't think I want to eat from this place again, If I can figure out how to do it I will post the photos.
