Rubbish service, wast my money , The front desk staff should all be fired

Tastes good but come when you have time. Better order it online. They are so understaffed. Delivery requests keep coming in and they are focused on that. You have to keep trying getting their attention in the restaurant. Avoid going there in person.

Awful!So we arrived and were ignored for ages before anyone bothered to seat us on a table with just a paper table cloth and nothing else. There were around 15 others in there. We waited some time for the drinks and then waited around half an hour for the starter of a set meal for 3. The next course was around another half an hour. There were people in there still waiting for there drink after over an hour. Our next courses were over the course of another 2 hours. Nobody once asked us if we were OK or needed anything. I went to the toilet upstairs and the upstairs was filthy. There was 1 small heater in the entire venue and it was freezing. The food was cold after seconds of arriving. We asked for napkins and our prawn crackers and were ignored. People were waiting 90 mins for there first course meanwhile the staff were stuffing there faces with food cooked for them while others were waiting and they couldn't care less. There were mountain bikes in the eating area also. The menu prices outside were not real and they just said we know they are old prices which is a trading standards breach. After we finally got out of there we checked online to see it has a 1 on the food hygiene score which is not surprising. By far the worst so called restaurant we have ever been to.AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

So so bad. Terrible service, maybe the worst I’ve ever experienced. They wanted to charge us 50p for a tablespoon of soy sauce (which tasted terrible anyways) and also tried to stick 10% service charge on the bill, lol! I worked in restaurants etc for 15 years, and always tip. This might be the only time EVER I haven’t. The food was also really underwhelming, less than average and lukewarm at best. For starters for 4 people and one tea and a coke we paid 60 quid. Total waste of 60 quid. Please be good to yourself and don’t eat here. I can’t even really put into words how bad it was.

Good, quite place with authentic szechuan cuisine. Everything we tried - just perfect. 100% recommended
